This apartment is cosy and comfortable, there're all necessary things (furniture, kitchen devices, laundry devices, shower gel, shampoo etc), wifi is good and fast! Location is really great, it's quiet and close to the park but at the same time it's close to the shops and bus/tram stops. Host was friendly and helpful during all my stay. I recommend this place!

Mieszkanie nowoczesne i czyste, fajny duży balkon, gdzie można odpocząć. Bardzo przyjazna gospodyni, zero problemów. Polecam !

it is a great place for the price, you can hear a bit the neighbours but that is a small minus comparable to the rest. To new people good luck trying to have a shower and not spill water outside the cabin

Pobyt chociaż bardzo krótki to naprawdę udany. Wszystko przebiegło miło i sprawnie :) Mieszkanie wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Serdecznie polecam!

Wir waren ein Wochenende dort um Familie zu besuchen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, die Gegend war sehr ruhig und man fühlte sich sicher. Ein Zabka und ein Lidl waren Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir sind Preis Leistungs technisch sehr positiv gestimmt.

I highly recommend this place. The apartment was beautiful, clean and had all the necessities!! We had an amazing time. Jacek was communicative and helpful when it came to meeting our needs. The location was also great!!

The house is the same as the photos, equipped with whatever you need to stay a couple of days or months, and above all clean. The area around is quiet, and everything you need can be reached on foot. Or there is the delivery service. Check in was super easy and the host very responsive.

Die Wohnung von Piotr war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Balkon war auch sehr schön. Piotr war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen geholfen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Das Appartement war sehr schön und modern. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Es hat alles super geklappt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Jeden z najlepszych apartamentów w jakich byłem, okolica spokojna blisko centrum, jacuzzi w salonie wliczone w cenę noclegu. Miejsce naprawdę 10/10

Het appartement was perfect en van alle gemakken voorzien, de badkamer was zeer luxe. Het uitzicht op de rivier was perfect. Het centrum was op loopafstand met restaurants en de supermarkt.

I stayed in this one-bedroom apartment in Katowice for about two and a half months while working in the area, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped and perfect for a longer stay. The location was excellent: close to a beautiful park, a gym and swimming pool, and a convenient store just around the corner. It also had easy access to the main road, which made commuting very straightforward. The only small downside was the lack of dedicated parking. At times, I had to park a bit farther from the apartment, but I was always able to find a spot eventually, so it wasn’t a major issue. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Katowice, especially for an extended period!
