The accommodation is meant to host 6 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and its sleeping area on the mezzanine. At your disposal, you will have a fully-equipped kitchen, a conservatory, a shower room and 2 separate toilets. Outside, take advantage of a 25m2 patio extended by a 40m2 enclosed garden outside of which lie 2 private parking spaces, facing a dead end, away from prying eyes.

IMPORTANT: In summer, reservations are only accepted from SATURDAY to SATURDAY - Independent gîte, quiet, 7 km from the beaches (St Palais/Mer…), 9 km from Royan and the Côte Sauvage, Palmyre (its zoo)... In our village, all shops are within walking distance (supermarket 100 m, open 7 days a week in season). Its central location allows you to easily reach all the major tourist sites. (Oléron, Cordouan lighthouse, Mornac/Seudre(classified), Rochefort/Mer...The gîte is intended for 2 people

Would you like to immerse yourself in the calm of Saint-Georges? Ideal for 4 people, our house classified 3* by Destination Royan Atlantique is at the end of a very quiet drive 500 m from the market and 700 m from the beach. So you can do anything by foot. A daily market will provide you with the best seasonal regional products. Many activities will be able to occupy your free time: hiking, biking, swimming, coastline, sailing, golfing, shopping and ... lazing around!
