Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

A dreamlike house in the idyll of west France! We had a wonderful time as a family in the beautiful house Colibri in Médis. We are very thankful for Hélène and Delphine being warmly welcoming to us and tremendously friendly, uncomplicated and extremely helpful. Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! Hello, this is the second time I have come to spend some time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it's good to put down your suitcases, to consume without moderation. Quiet stay in the countryside with the sound of the river as background music. Ideal for large group stays. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe discovery of the environment for all ages.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Lydie's! The welcome was warm, impeccable house and perfectly as advertised. Lydie is a thoughtful and responsive host. Sparkling clean accommodation. Thanks to Fabienne and her husband who hosted us very well, they were always kind and available. The accommodation was spotless and matched the photos very well, there are all the amenities nearby which avoids car travel. The beach is a few minutes' walk away, the heated pool was more than pleasant we were able to enjoy it. We plan to return Thanks again

Once again delighted with our family stay at Mélanie, Benoit and their little Capucine's 😊 The beauty of the small garden around the house that made us happy on this very sunny stay. 🌞 We even grilled in the evening this time, the smell of laurel basil and flowers in the garden brings us such a beautiful atmosphere of nature. 🌺 The calm was always there, we were able to rest, sleep well as usual, and walk to the beach and the city center very close. It is very convenient not to have to take your car... We did not have time to visit the recommendations that Melanie and Benoit had advised but look forward to returning very soon to discover even more of Royan and its surrounding sites. Thanks again to you 2 for your kindness and thoughtfulness!

the house is ideal and spacious for 8 people, it is very clean and very well-equipped. the beds are comfortable. nice decoration. the outside is very nice, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... no negative points. we are a 10-minute walk from the beach and free parking spaces near the house. i would highly recommend.

We were hosted very well by Myriam. Her professionalism and good mood allowed us to start our stay in the best conditions! The accommodation matches the photos and is very well-equipped. Its location is also great for many walks on the coastal trail. Recommended without hesitation! 😎

Very clean house, very good location Very nice house,

well located accommodation that matches the listing. We were 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a cocooning exterior. Sandrine offered us the high chair and the umbrella bed. Quiet area and possibility to go to the beach and the center of Royan without problem. We were able to take the accommodation a little earlier in the day. Really nothing to complain about and to recommend without problem. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Bernadette's. She is very welcoming and available if we have a problem or question. Her place is very nice especially when you have a dog 🐕(the garden is fenced and secure). No parking worries, you can park inside. We highly recommend her accommodation if you pass by the area!

Perfect place for our short stay in Saint Palais. Ten minutes walk to beach, restaurants,shops etc.

The house is very well located, it has been renovated and tastefully decorated. The equipment is of high quality and very complete especially for the kitchen.

Very functional studio and nice location, as described. The accommodation is well oriented, ideal for this hot weather. Direct and private beach access is perfect for swimming and walking along the ocean! Easy access to the city center of St Palais. We had a pleasant and quiet stay. Thanks to Jean Jacques which allowed us to stay a few more hours in the accommodation.

Very pleasant stay in Nathan's house. The accommodation is very well located, very clean and well-equipped even if we had a small inconvenience with the dishwasher unusable due to an electrical problem. Nathan was understanding and accommodating with regard to this inconvenience. The spa is very enjoyable after an intense day of walking/beach. Its headrest is nevertheless to be changed because it tends to disintegrate in water. A pleasant stay in conclusion!

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a short walk from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

Very nice and generously sized apartment that offers a "free" feeling of space. Although Meursac is a bit inland, it is in an extremely convenient geographical location to visit numerous pretty villages and attractions within a 30-minute drive. The apartment is tastefully designed and conveys a pleasantly free living feeling through its open mezzanine construction. Christelle is very friendly and you feel welcome with her right away. What more could you ask for?!
