The 3-room apartment has been equipped to bring you all together with a 1.60 m coffee table ideal for aperitifs and 2 tables (indoor and outdoor) for 12 guests. And in the evening you can find your privacy.

Whether you're looking for a day, a weekend or more, come and discover the Charente Maritime. House in the heart of Saintonge in a very quiet village 20 km from Saintes, 25 from Royan and 22 from Rochefort near the Château de la Roche-Courbon. Check-out before 11 a.m. to allow disinfection (COVID-19) of the accommodation for future guests. REMINDER: cleaning is the responsibility of the occupants. At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

With these 3 houses with a total capacity of 17 people, you can be independent while being together. With a beautiful outdoor common area, you can enjoy beautiful spring, summer or fall evenings. It is clearly stated that the common area can only be outside (covered area). In winter, one of the houses can accommodate up to 15 people. The first house can accommodate 6 people, the 2nd can accommodate 7 people and the 3rd house 4 people.
