Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Royal Pines

We spent one night at Jennifer's lovely home. We arrived late, in the dark and in the rain, but after pulling into the driveway and referencing her very thorough instructions, moved our car back up to the street and were able to get into the house easily. We found it comfortable! We enjoyed the funky decor and I was especially blown away by the thoughtful amenities- coffee, creamer, sugar, toothbrushes, shampoo, toiletries, condiments in the fridge--- truly everything you could need for a comfortable and well-stocked stay! Jennifer was also quick to respond and flexible with us on check-out time. Would visit again!

Beautiful place! The backyard was amazing. We sat on the back porch for hours watching the horses and swinging on the tree swing. Would highly recommend this place.

Remarkably comfortable and close enough to everything needed. Chris was everything I like a host to be - friendly, responsive, on top of the little details. We brought along my mother-in-law, who uses a walker to get around. She had no access issues and felt safe and at home, her first time in an Airbnb property. The check out process is usually not memorable, but Chris’ was, if only for its brevity and clarity. I really appreciate that.

This place was great! Very clean and cozy. Mickey was an amazing host & answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend this place for the convenience and beautiful bird calls in the morning! Only thing is the area is a bit rundown. Other than that, 5 stars!

I really loved staying in Liz’s cottage. It was so peaceful and private. A perfect home base for our girl’s trip to the North Carolina mountains. The little stream that runs behind the cottage was one of our favorite parts. A great place to have some quiet time in the morning. Liz was also so responsive and helpful to the questions that I had. I cannot recommend enough.

This was a lovely home with great views. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Even dropped off dishwasher liquid. Everything was clean and today and well laid out with instructions and helpful tips. There was a gas grill we used to barbecue and a fire pit. Privately location but fast access to stores and such. Highly recommend.

great value. we were visiting family for a weekend who lived down the street from Greg's place so it was ideal for our purpose. easy communication, clean space, no issues. would stay again.

First I will say, we are picky and this spot was PERFECT!!! We loved everything about Jane’s place!! Jane and her sweet husband were very helpful and accommodating and so friendly! I highly recommend their little getaway and we will definitely be back!

We have nothing but good things to say about Muffi and Tim’s wonderful studio! The space was immaculately clean and very cozy. Muffi communicated often and made sure we felt comfortable reaching out with any questions we may have had. We also arrived after dark, and still had a very smooth arrival and it was very easy to locate the Studio due to Muffi’s instructions. We could not recommend this space enough, especially if you are hoping to visit downtown Asheville or the Biltmore Estate!

Our stay at Hiker’s Hideawqy was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for coffee in the morning, meal prep, and tea in the evening. It’s a great location too. I’m sure we will be back!

Schuyler’s place is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The view is gorgeous! We will definitely be back soon!

This rental was perfect for my needs. Myself and some co-workers came to the area to attend a wedding. A lot of guests complained about their AirBnB rentals, but not us. The hosts were very nice and the unit itself was supplied sufficiently to meet our needs. The location is in the desirable westside of Asheville and very closely situated to a park. The park was a great convenience since I brought my service animal and my dog with me. I most certainly will be booking this unit again.

Chad and Allison were fantastic hosts. The place is absolutely beautiful and lots of things for kids to do. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with lots of things to do, this is your spot. Will definitely book again.

Excellent location to explore downtown Asheville. Accomodation was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable bed and has everything necessary for a short stay. Appreciate the additional information John provided when he found out we were in town for a concert. Having a parking spot and WiFi was important for us.

Loved this spot! Close to everything. We had a great time going out and staying in. The living room had plenty of space. Good kitchen. The k-cups and mini creamers were great for the next morning before we had a chance to hit the grocery. Clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations were much appreciated!

One of the best rentals we have stayed in. The location is wonderful. We walked to great restaurants and shops. We will definitely rent this one again.
