Come enjoy a private mountain apartment, near Biltmore Estate, AVL airport, and Blue Ridge Parkway. We are nestled in a lovely rural, wooded neighborhood that feels remote, but is only a few miles from convenience. Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. If you’re looking for a clean, spacious place to stay near Asheville, we have the perfect space for you. :)

WiFi, TV for Netflix etc. Just minutes to the Asheville airport, stores, breweries, restaurants + more. Funky Downtown Asheville, Historic Hendersonville + BlueRidge Pkwy are a short car ride away. Dog friendly but please bring your crate if dog needs to be left alone. Use of back patio too. Fire pit in back yard and small grill in carport are available.

This was our second time staying here. The house is very cozy and id a great place to stay for a romantic weekend. It's in a great location close to biltmore and Asheville while being in a very quiet neighborhood. It's a wonderful property and I'm sure we will be back if we come to Asheville again. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Everything was great except for the moths that we kept finding in the house. When we arrived at the house the front door was standing wide open. I didn't think that much of it but after a while it was apparent we had visitors. To be fair this was not a huge problem, but it was still an inconvenience. I still highly recommend this property despite the one issue.

My husband and I loved staying here! It was absolutely beautiful. The space is so creative and cozy. You truly are off grid and that calls for lots of creativity in many different situations. Definitely somewhere I’d recommend if you enjoy the outdoors.

The location of this home was perfect for our family gathering. A beautiful neighborhood which many of us walked around everyday. The home itself is very spacious and provided us with many opportunities to gather in groups. There were plenty of beds! All three of my kids had their own queen sized bed and it was lovely to spread out. There were only a few things that would have made the stay perfect, two of which aren’t readily adjustable so I’m just sharing them here for future guests considerations - the home isn’t easily accessible for wheelchairs. The design of the home has a lot of tight corners and spaces that made that challenging. The dining area is also not really adequate for the number of guests that can stay at the home but we made do by splitting up into the kitchen. Our family loves to cook for each other and the kitchen really needed a larger pot but Shay and Amit were quick to remedy that! Many thanks to Shay and Amit for a wonderful setting for our family gathering!
