Vacation rentals with breakfast in Royal Leamington Spa

Lilly rose cottage is a wonderful place to stay, we stayed here 3 years ago for our honeymoon and loved it so much we came again for our babymoon. The cottage is beautifully presented and is in the perfect position, right in the heart of broadway. The village has lots to do with lovely shops, restaurants, cafes and stunning country walks. I would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be making a return.

Catrina was so hospitable and very helpful during my short stay at her AirBNB. She made sure I had everything I had and even went out of her way to help me get groceries in the adjacent town. Everything in the unit works as intended, the bedding is comfortable and she stocked out the kitchen with breakfast supplies. If you are passing through the area this is a great place to find home away from home hospitality. If you stay here make sure to take a walk through the Badby Woods nature area walking distance from this unit.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at Strawtop Cottage 2. We were 4 adults and the accommodations were delightful. The beds were so comfortable. The cottage is beautifully styled and maintained to an impeccable standard. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the comfortable furnishings, is first class. Josie and Charlie are wonderful hosts that go above and beyond. They welcomed us with generous local goodies that added a lovely personal touch. The amenities throughout are wonderful and the recommendations they gave us for places to visit and dine were on point. We highly recommend Strawtop Cottage to anyone looking for a wonderful experience at a charming cottage in a lovely village easily accessible to all that the Cotswolds has to offer. Thank you again Josie and Charlie for making our first trip to the Cotswolds absolutely perfect! We will be back!

It was very stressful when my wife was admitted to hospital but this property was exactly what we needed as a family base. A nice quiet street, near to Coombe Country Park for my morning walk and also got to see the cathedral which was amazing. Overall very clean, comfortable and homely - thank you!

Julia’s place was a great place to stay for me and my dog. Such an amazing place and really peaceful which was exactly what I was hoping for. The place was fantastic and had anything you could want, Julia was on hand to help and made sure I had everything I needed to use the BBQ. Thanks for a great stay!

Faydene was very communicative and helpful with clear instructions and we found the place easily. She saved the parking spot for us which was very helpful. The house was clean and tidy with everything as expected but if you forget to pack your toothbrush, she's got you covered! We had a very relaxing stay and the area was perfect for access to the NEC. (10minute drive). We took a bus to Solihull (about 8-10minutes) and had a look round the shops on our arrival date. The town had plenty to offer in terms of shops and restaurants. The main purpose of our visit was to attend the food and drink show at the NEC on the Saturday and coming home to relax in Faydenes home from home was just perfect. We had great fun finding all the little jars and tins of sweet treats she left out or hidden in drawers and cupboards. So thoughtful, thank you Faydene.

The Dough House was absolutely beautiful, clean, functional and aesthetically done. The host made our stay memorable by welcoming us with a bottle of champagne and was even so thoughtful to leave milk in the fridge my little toddler! The house was fully stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need! The house is adorably decorated with thoughtfully curated pieces from around the world, yet cohesive. There was only one little issue and that was the bedrooms doors and floor board on the first floor creaked very loudly, making to difficult for us with our toddlers sleep. Although, this may just be an owing to how old houses in the Cotswolds are.

My third stay at Sally’s place. It’s so spacious and beautifully designed. All AirB&Bs should be like this. The kitchen is minimal, but is made up for by Sally’s welcome pack of croissants, juice, milk, etc.

had a truly lovely 2-night stay at Rachel’s place in the Cotswolds. From the moment I arrived, Rachel was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in a charming village, an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. Rachel went above and beyond by leaving fresh fruit and croissants for me, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated. Everything was just as described (if not better), and I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

My mom and I stayed at Rebecca’s beautiful home for a week, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The house is cosy, stylish, and very comfortable—it's a lovely place to relax and spend time in. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, with friendly and respectful neighbours, so there were no disturbances during our stay. The surroundings are scenic and charming, with beautiful views all around. It's also very convenient, just a short walk to the city centre and very close to a bus stop. The heating system works well, keeping the home warm and comfortable. Rebecca herself is a wonderful host, kind, responsive, and very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we appreciated. Both my mom and I loved our time here, and I’m very grateful for the experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A wonderful place. Perfect for a stay over for wedding guests to Bourbon Hall. Very clean and comfortable with a friendly host.

First time staying at this listing was amazing, second time staying at this listing we were given another unit different than the first. So that was a little misleading and did throw us for a loop only because we knew it was different. Besides that, it was fine. Suited our needs and well stay again in the future!

Well maintained and nice place. Perfect for official travel and stay. Very clean room and washroom. If you are driving, make sure you take your umbrella / jacket with you as the parking is at a few yards away from the home. Dawn is a nice host.

A beautiful place to stay , with so many extras , felt totally private and loved the use of the outdoor seating area and hot tub . Both me & my wife said it had been one of our favourites, note to others book somewhere to eat if travelling at the weekend. The only ‘extras’ we d of liked would have been robes & slippers but that said that’s being picky . A beautiful find .

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊

Very close to my office friendly host decent room and having breakfast in the price was great so overall I was delighted to stay there and hope to return soon.

Perfect house. The toilet and shower is flawlessly clean. Susan is very nice and warm-hearted. The breakfast is also great for a small fee! Overall, definitely worth the price.

I had a great stay at Susan’s. She was super friendly and helpful. As a real B &B I had a chance to meet other travelers at the breakfast table. Her thatched cottage was right in town and on the Cotswold Way which I was walking. I’ll return if I’m in the area and would highly recommend it.
