Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

The bright apartment with private garden including barbecue and seating/lounging offers space to relax. The attic apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Towels are provided. In bedroom 1, there is a single bed measuring 200 x 100 cm and, if required, a folding bed measuring 200 x 100 cm for the 4th person. There's also a desk here. From this room there is a door to the balcony. In bedroom 2 there is a double bed with a size of 200 × 140 cm. A children's travel cot can be provided. Bedding is available.

The highway A 81 towards Singen and Stuttgart and the B27 are 3 minutes away.

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.
