Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Let your soul wander on the green outskirts of Hausen. Excursion opportunities on the Swabian Alb await you. Bike paths, hikes, bike park, mountain bike trails, cross-country skiing, etc. invite you to exercise and have fun outdoors. The train station is about 10-15 minutes' walking distance. Parking is available right in front of the house. Whether you are a vacationer or a business traveler, you are very welcome!

In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

The attic apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Towels are provided. In bedroom 1 there is a single bed of 200 x 100 cm and, if necessary, a folding bed of 200 x 90 cm for the 4th person. There's also a desk here. From this room there is a door to the balcony. In bedroom 2 there is a double bed with a size of 200 × 140 cm. A children's travel cot can be provided. Bedding is available.

In addition to a spacious bathroom, a cozy living and dining area and a bedroom, the property also offers a large terrace that invites you to linger. The train station is a 14-minute walk away. Supermarket, butcher and bakery are within walking distance. The area offers many forest and hiking trails for relaxing walks or hikes. We are happy to welcome you.
