We felt absolutely comfortable in the apartment. It is super nicely decorated, now in winter nice and warm, the kitchen is well equipped and the TV is a smart TV. The location of the apartment is perfect for hiking in the middle of the Black Forest or strolling through the village. Communication with Susanne was straightforward, she is very accommodating and friendly.

This place is well maintain. All the facility provided. It is value for money 👌

As a family with 2 toddlers (3 years + 1 year), we felt very comfortable. Everything was in great condition and we had plenty of room to make a few nice days. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. They were always available to us for any questions. Highly recommended and we will be happy to come back if needed.

Very nice apartment and excellent hosts. Rules on the pool seemed a little over the top, was the only very minor negative.

The apartment is beautiful, bright, clever and nicely decorated. The advantage is the sauna, for rainy days, which is located upstairs. For sunny days, there is a large terrace with plenty of comfortable furniture and an awning. Everything was sparkling clean. It has everything you need. The box spring bed is extremely comfortable and positioned so that you can look at the starry sky at night. Even charging cables are in the nightstand! Parking spaces are sufficiently available, we did not have to use the garage. Julia and Heiko are extremely friendly and very accommodating. The neighbors and residents in the house are also very friendly. The small town itself is nice and clean, but does not offer restaurants or the like, Bisingen or Balingen can be reached quickly. We left nothing to be desired. We would book again!

One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Our family of four, kids 12 and 9, had a lovely week away here! Fantastic views of the Black Forest, comfy beds, stylish bathrooms, terrace, well equipped kitchen and parking. Hornberg is great for hiking and sightseeing. We hiked through the woods from the house, drove to Feldberg to climb the highest point in the Black Forest and enjoyed a walk to Hornberg Castle. Triberg Waterfall was a great day out, as were the various museums and attractions there. A highlight was Ride and Slide day at Europa Park and Rulantica. Amazing rides, short queue times and excellent theming. We've been to Disneyland and, honestly, had a better time here! We headed to Baden Baden for a walk along the allee and a trip on the funicular to the watch the paragliders jump. We spent the whole of our last day at the Freibad Hornberg, a wonderful lido, local to the house, where our kids played on the huge slide and diving boards for hours. Can't recommend the house and location enough!

Han's place was idyllic indeed. Loved the way he repurposed the furniture. His extensive library was amazing and a variety of subjects! Made me wished I learnt German actually. Was fun to see the Rolling Stones posters and tickets.. and books in the library. The garden was huge and peaceful. Overall, a beautiful place.

We had a wonderful holiday week in this beautiful cottage. Everything was neat and in good order. The kitchen was equipped with many utensils. On the deck you could sit outside with a view of the meadows. If the weather was a little worse, the conservatory was a nice covered place from which you had almost as much view. From the cottage, you could walk into the surrounding hills with a huge variety of wild plants and flowers. The national park is within driving distance and offered many more hiking opportunities. Freudenstadt and other places in the area we also liked to visit.

We were 2 couples, each with a dog. The accommodation is very spacious and well distributed. There are all the necessary utensils, especially in the kitchen. The location is very well connected to the highway and supermarkets, bakeries, etc. are only 5 minutes away by car. Our highlight was the outdoor area. There is everything your heart desires, deck chairs, dining table, swing, kicker, parasol,… The outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, large gas grill and fire bowl are perfect to spend a lot of time outside. Our two dogs were able to run freely at all times, as the entire garden is fenced. It was a very nice stay. Walter is quickly accessible and nice

I had a really good time at Helene's place. It's a nice place to stay the heating was on when I arrived which was very nice. I also got friendly explanation about the sauna which was a nice extra ☺️

We had a wonderful time at the Hermeshof. The pictures don’t do justice for the actual house. It is really cozy and comfortable, well equipped and incredibly clean (I’m always a bit hesitant). Natassja and her family are really friendly, and they make you feel very welcome from the start. Our kids, especially loved all the toys, disco lighting in 1 of the rooms and the outdoor area to play around. At arrival we received the “dreiwelten card” which gives discount or in some cases even free entry for excursions/facilities in the region. This was a really nice surprise as we didn’t know upfront. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

The apartment is very nice, clean and attention to detail. The furniture is brand new and well organized. Alexander was available and always responsive and allowed us to turn on the wood-burning stove that added a special touch to our dinner. The apartment overlooks the forest and a stream, unfortunately we only stayed one night so we couldn't explore the surroundings that seem very interesting. Overall recommended!

A lovely apartment, well suited for three couples. The equipment to cook with was great and we loved the fondue set. Lots of comfortable seating in the lounge too. They were very helpful providing a high chair and cot. Hosts communication was great. There is a second apartment on the ground floor and outdoor areas are shared; although there is plenty of space and the provided bbq was great. Parking was harder to share and we ended up parking across the road, which was still pretty close but made it slightly more difficult to load and unload. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice accommodation! Close enough to the train station for people arriving by train. A little further to the city center, but still within walking distance. Offenburg is a lovely city, we were there to visit the surroundings too, it was a very pleasant stay. Natalija responds very quickly to our requests and questions. Great apartment, highly recommend.

This beautiful apartment was a perfect getaway for us to Black Forest. We were there for 2 nights with our cat & felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need and is very neat & clean. We only felt that the Wi-Fi was extremely slow but managed anyhow. Very peaceful & beautiful surrounding. Would definitely recommend.

very nice apartment,comfortable large bed modern bathroom and kitchen. Quiet attic apartment with small terrace. Large Rewe for shopping until 10 pm on foot 2 minutes from the apartment. A vehicle is an advantage to make excursions and get to the center. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Thank you
