The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

A cozily furnished living and sleeping area as well as a modern tiled bathroom with shower and double sink as well as toilet are provided. There is also a free seating area for two people and a car parking space at the house. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Neckar Valley Cycle Path and the Jakobusweg are also directly accessible
