For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Cozy, self-sufficient tiny house in the countryside

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Apartment in Gesäuse National Park, Hall bei Admont

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Mini house surrounded by the greenery of the mini-golf course Valbruna. The little house is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, jams. In the bathroom shower, sink and toilet with built-in bidet. If you arrive late in the winter, let me know so we can get up early. the heating.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! It is accessible by car, has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living-dining area with a beautiful, large terrace. Surrounded by nature and with stunning views of a massive mountain backdrop, our cabin invites you to an unforgettable vacation.

Unsere Ascher Hütte liegt auf rund 850 m Seehöhe und bietet einen herrlichen Rundumblick auf die Berge, den Nationalpark Kalkalpen aber auch hinunter ins Tal. Ein beschaulicher Ort, um auszuspannen vom stressigen Alltag und sich selbst zu finden.
