Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Despite its seclusion, it can be reached by car in just 10 minutes from Liezen and 45 minutes from Schladming. With the spacious bathroom and 3 rooms (1x double bedroom and 1x double bedroom with 1x single bedroom with crib), it offers all the amenities you could wish for. The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Shopping in the district capital of Liezen (12 km), numerous hikes of all levels of difficulty in summer and ski tours, snowshoeing and skiing in winter. Interesting sights: Strechau Castle, Admont Abbey, Formula 1 Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, well-known ski resorts, Gesäuse National Park. The state capital of Graz can be reached in an hour.

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

This apartment is for 2 adults. No children. Located on the top floor, has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2 minute walk into the village center you are close to everything St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. There is plenty of public parking about 100m from the house. The price is around 8-10€/24h

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
