Our apartment has 3 sleeping places in the large eat-in kitchen and a fully equipped shower room. The lake is about 30 m from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor. The open, bright living, kitchen and sleeping area with unobstructed views of Lake Hainer can become the center of your vacation time together. Hainer See is part of the Leipzig Neuseenland and is located right next to the municipality of Kahnsdorf in a relaxed environment with lots of nature.

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

A highlight is the very large, partly covered roof terrace overlooking Lake Störmthal with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Good for quiet vacations, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach.

The apartment is located on the northern shore of Lake Hain (2-minute walk) in Leipzig's Neuseenland area, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig.

There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.

The super quiet 1-room apartment with a large box spring bed, kitchenette and a cozy sofa bed invites you to linger. The covered outdoor seating area contributes to the idyll. Lake Störmthaler with its diverse leisure activities and swimming beach are a 10-minute walk. The proximity to Leipzig allows you to reach the city center as well as the trade fair in 15 minutes by car. There is also a connection to public transport.
