Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

The apartment is in the Kröpeliner Tor Vorstadt (KTV) district and thus in the heart of Rostock. Great proximity to all public transport and supermarkets. Also many pubs and restaurants nearby. Short walk to the city harbor and the Baltic Sea Stadium. Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!

Only 450 m (about a 7-minute walk) from Rostock central train station. Within walking distance are an Edeka (250 m) and Cafe Paula (80 m), where you can also have breakfast. There is a bicycle room in the house.
