Good location in walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Functional space which served our purpose.

My father and I had a wonderful stay. The Airbnb was well decorated, extremely clean, and perfect for us. We were able to relax on the couch and outside in the backyard. The host was responsive and very kind-provided yummy snacks, sparkling water, coffee/tea, and fruits. Quiet location and close to everything we needed. I would stay here again!

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

I had a great stay here and would definitely stay again! I had asked a Sacramento local about which neighborhood I should stay in and she said East Sac. I found this place and it was perfect for my stay. Private entrance and never heard or saw the downstairs residents. Beautiful neighborhood with some fantastic restaurants and cafes (I loved Kru, Canon, and Pachamama!). I enjoyed walking around the stunning neighborhood and park. Easy quick drive to the grocery stores. I always found parking super easily. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. Communication was incredibly fast. Would highly recommend!

We were able to check in early. Safe, nice neighborhood. Liked the air flow (breeze) with all windows and balcony door open. Will stay again next time we are in West Sac.

Very comfortable stay. Secure because it is gated. Responsive host. Lot of restaurants nearby. Easy access to places. I would stay here again. The unit does not have a washer and dryer. Deborah suggested using her housekeeper to do laundry for a small fee. I did not have the need, but it was good to know someone was available. The internet download speeds are too slow ( 6 mbs compared to the average of 300 mbs for most Wi-Fi services. Deborah is aware and is addressing the issue. Finally, my only regret is that I did not get enough time to play with Lola, her delightful yellow lab. She is adorable.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

Very nicely christmas themed, huge tv which was a big plus and very clean.

Saturday was pretty noisy. But over all good location, clean.

This was a wonderful location. We walked to several restaurants, shops and sat by the fire. We would absolutely recommend Dawn & Dans place. We hope to return soon to the area and hope to stay here again. The 2bedroom 1bath is much larger than expected. The shower, beds and kitchen are well stocked and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to call home for the 3 nights we stayed in Auburn. Thank you.

Matthew actually was my fav host! He was responsive, he suggested things, he was overall a nice guy which made it so much more comfortable being there! The place was wonderful and beautiful and I’d booked again!

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

Jennifer’s place was just as described: neat, quiet, private. Easy entry, exactly matched photos and description. Centrally located in town, close to roads/hiways to access the many local wineries and dining options in town and in other towns nearby. Jennifer was very responsive and easy to work with. One of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. We will definitely stay here again.

This stay was great. The house is amazing. The hosts are amazing with communication. Check in was great, booking was great. Definitely added to our favorite list for Airbnb, we will definitely stay here again if ever back in Sacramento. Close to downtown but far enough away as well. Everything was great about this stay!

Love how minimalist and modern it is, especially with the natural lighting. The kitchen has these push-in drawers which helped me flow when in Chef mode lol. The location is great being beside the freeway as well. I walked my dog during the day to some small grass patches, and there’s a park down the road. Yuriy was a great host as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us.

Used this space as my personal bridal suite for my wedding weekend. Loved the look of the place and was cozy enough to get ready and decompress before the big day! Host was very nice and proactive. Definitely recommend this stay!!

Roomy, cool in summer. coffee, electric kettle, fridge, etc so useful on a quick trip. only issue was porch was off when checking in at night. but e was working next day.

Me and my fiancé had an amazing time, the space was clean and spacious with a calming atmosphere. We loved how close this location was to the local farmers market, restaurants, grocery stores, and exciting night life. I would absolutely recommend and hope to visit again!

Thankyou for hosting such a beautiful and safe place! We enjoyed our stay, super close to our destination and a lot of places to visit around us. Definitely will be coming back
