This is a beautiful place to stay and I would say better than expected. Everything was very clean, the furnishings were beautiful and relaxing... and there was fruit, scones and croissants waiting for us in the kitchen when we arrived. The bed and bedding was very comfortable upstairs with a cute kitchen and dinette downstairs. Bri met us at the door when we arrived to give us the key. My best friend and I travel together and enjoy trying out new places. I highly recommend staying here :)

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

It was a very cozy place to stay with a unique collection of books to browse through. The only minor downside was the thin walls—you could hear the creaking floorboards from above—but it was a small issue in an otherwise lovely experience. Everything was well-kept and inviting. The best part was the location—I loved how close it was to downtown!

Vasily's place was perfect. All the appliances look brand new and the place was very clean. It is very close to main city but far enough to be quiet. Also, it's pet-friendly so we could bring our dog and he loved going out in the backyard.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The place was spacious and outfitted with modern amenities. Every aspect, from the stylish decor to the well-appointed furnishings was beautifully done. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Thank you !

I always love staying at The Oasis!

Our three-night stay at this Airbnb was simply incredible. The hosts: Joann and Victor were incredibly friendly and fun, making us feel right at home. The rooms, furniture and surroundings were impeccably clean, way way better than the pictures on the listing. We even had lunch together, adding a personal touch to the experience. You can barbecue or bon fire. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, reflecting the host's impeccable taste and attention to aesthetics. We enjoyed river rafting on the American River, Gold Rush museum in Coloma, Gambling in Red Hawk Casino which is just 10 minutes away and Exploring the charming downtown area. Heads up: this place has 4 beds but all single ones, so it might not be ideal for couples unless they’re as small as us to fit in one. Overall, this Airbnb provided an amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional hosts Victor and Joann and their lovely home. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable stay.

This was a very easy place to settle into. Bed is very comfortable, kitchen has all the essentials with plenty of counter space for ease when preparing meals. The cabin is exactly how it looks in the pictures— quiet, peaceful, and private. Host is friendly and willing to accommodate whatever we needed. We visited during May and spring had sprung, so bugs and wildlife were very present, but it is a cabin in the woods, so it’s kinda expected. Our dog felt right at home. We hope to visit again soon! Staying at Elizabeth's place in Grass Valley was a joy. Parking was just steps away from the wonderfully air-conditioned ground floor spacious apartment. With great restaurants and shopping just a short walk away and our friend's band performing at the pub across the street, this really was the most perfect spot! Elizabeth responded to a question quickly. When coming back this way we will most certainly check to see if her place is available again.

We had a great stay! The unit was sparklingly clean. The location is perfect in Northstar village, and we were able to park till 4PM after checking out which was very helpful. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

The house is very cozy and clean. We felt at home for the days we stayed there. The host replies very quick and she’s flexible. It was a great stay, we definitely recommend it for families or groups of friends.

We had a great stay at Lori’s place. The condo was as described, with plenty of space and close to the Northstar shuttle stop. The shuttle was easy to request and usually available within a few minutes even during ski week. One morning we did have to wait 15 minutes, but that was unusual. Lori was responsive when we needed help with something. We would happily stay again.

This condo is in a great location! You can ski right to the lobby door and it is not very far to walk from the lobby to this unit. Skiing out, you can get right to the Wa She Shu lift, or walk a little further to the other village lifts and gondolas. The condo had plenty of space and was very comfortable. We liked having a washer/dryer. The hot tubs and amenities were wonderful! (2 indoor and 2 outdoor hot tubs as well as a steam room and sauna!) We would definitely stay here again if we return to Palisades. We only had one issue while we were there, but Bruce was responsive and resolved it to our satisfaction.

Great location, very clean and spacious bedrooms and common space. Host provides most of the things you might need in kitchen and bath super helpful. Great communication, clear instructions and easy to access. Will book again!

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying with Danny & Joanie was like staying with old friends. Communication was quick, clear, friendly & welcoming. Close to town feeling worlds away. Their place was as described. The pictures cannot encompass the serenity or breathtaking beauty of the panoramic views from the large deck. The swimming hole was absolutely amazing! They had numerous sitting areas by the water & it was exquisitely peaceful. The water was so refreshing on a warm summer day & the waterfalls & pools were simply gorgeous. That swim was certainly one of the highlights of our journey, as was meeting Danny & Joanie. They were so kind & thoughtful, making sure all our needs were met without ever being intrusive. The bed & couch were comfy. The kitchen & bathroom had all the essentials along with many little touches like flashlights by each bedside. We enjoyed meals out on the expansive deck. We left refreshed & feeling we had 2 new, wonderful friends. We highly recommend their place for a comfy & relaxing stay.

Tracy was great at communicating before and throughout our stay. We had to reschedule our visit due to a snowstorm in Tahoe, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire conversation. The place is lovely (special shoutout to the snacks and card!), and the location is perfect for a ski weekend getaway!

This is a fabulous place. Much nicer and more well-appointed than the typical rental. Clearly, a lot of care and thought goes into designing and maintaining this apartment. Everything is beautiful, new, and well-maintained. Tons of nice little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. The parking lot of the apartment touches the Village Run, making it extremely easy to ski in/ski out, and it’s right across from the Northstar Village, so it’s less than a 5-minute walk to restaurants and such. The host is very responsive, kind, and totally on top of everything. Would stay here again in a second, no hesitation.

Great stay! Everything about this condo was terrific - location, amenities, ease of check-in and parking, cleanliness, communication, etc. We had everything we needed for our stay, and I loved that they had plenty of towels for us (so many places don't). The view was great and it's located right in the heart of The Villages so there were restaurants and shopping right outside our door. Great location for winter or summer stays. Highly recommend - we'll definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved it. Location along the lake was special. Walkable/ very runnable area. Very clean and cozy little spot and felt very private.
