One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Underfloor heating throughout. Strategic location, easy access to several ski areas, Sella Ronda circuit and Bolzano. Conveniently served by the skibus if you would rather avoid driving your own car whilst on holiday. Shops five minutes away, reserved parking for three cars 100 mt away. Private ski room.

Apartment Bullaccia Stlarida

The well-furnished apartment “Bullaccia ” is part of the “Stlarida” apartments in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei) and is a great starting point for exploring the South Tyrolean Alps. The 40 m² apartment consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with king-size bed; one with bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable/satellite television, a safe, a washing machine and a dryer.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

This unique and original apartment has been lovingly refurbished with passion and care. A perfect blend of new and old, the space offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large living room is an inviting place to relax after a full day of exploring. The highlight of the apartment is the beautiful wooden deck on the south-facing side, perfect for soaking in the sun. Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Oi is located in Barbiano/Barbian. The 62 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

Comfortable and cozy apartment, surrounded by greenery in the beautiful Talvera park, with bike paths and wonderful walks along the river. Right in front, we find the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.
