Charming in-law suite w/ use of deck and yard

Charming home in Highland Park. The space is my in-law suite which is in the lower level of my home and has its own full size kitchen and bathroom. We live up-stairs with our 3 little dogs so we will be available if you need anything during your stay. The in-law suite is set up like a studio and has one queen bed,a separate closet area and laundry. Please note- the suite is in the basement, but there is natural light. You have shared use of the deck/yard if desired.

Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. Relax and feel at home on the first floor apartment (completely private) of my Chicago 2-Flat. This home away from home is well stocked with anything that you might need whether you are staying for 2 nights or 2 months. There are 3 televisions with Wifi and Netflix throughout the apartment. There is a nice backyard that you are welcome to use and street parking is free. Washer and Dryer available in the basement. The highways and bus are also nearby.

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
