Cozy place, well maintained, very nice and with beautiful energy! Every day you enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains, and the garden, with beautiful flowers… It's like a little castle in a fabulous location. Clean and tidy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The house has all the amenities for staying with children! Everything is done with taste and great love. This is the best place I've seen. And hosts deserve the highest award! Hospitable, sincere, kind. Always ready to help. You can find a better place to find. I will come back here more than once, and with 1000% I can confidently recommend this luxurious place!!

We really enjoyed our time at the Bastide de Barthélemy. From the courtyard entrance and the pool, you can enjoy wonderful views of the Provencal landscape. The garden is a small paradise and it is wonderful to sit on the shaded terrace under the lime tree. If you are looking for peace, you will find it here. You quickly get used to the ride on the narrow access road. Shopping and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. The beautiful places of Provence and the Cote d'Azur are very easy to reach. Jean-Claude and Martine are very nice, helpful hosts. We would love to come back at any time.

A real favorite for this stay! The outbuilding is simply magnificent, tastefully decorated and very refined. Every detail is carefully thought out: pleasant smells, first aid kit, iron, coffee, tea… not to mention the delicious cherries offered upon arrival. Lina and Joseph's hospitality was exceptional. Their kindness, benevolence and authenticity touched us deeply. They greeted us with cold drinks, sweet words and a human warmth that instantly set the tone for a perfect weekend. Their discretion during our stay was also very much appreciated. We fully enjoyed the exclusive pool, terrace and quiet atmosphere. This place breathes peace and serenity. The nights are sweet, and the sleep is restful. A big thank you to Lina and Joseph for this enchanted break. We'll be back without a second thought!

We had a nice stay with Johanna and her family. The apartment is under the house and has its own entrance and terrace, a small but nice kitchen and nice shower. Very nice decor/decor! The terrace is wonderfully sunny until about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. There are beautiful hiking trails nearby and the jacuzzi is wonderful after a brisk walk!

We very much enjoyed our stay with Christine and Serge. The property is lovely, the pool is a treat on hot days, and the studio is comfortable. Saint-Jeannet is a lovely town and within a short drive to other towns for additional dinner, grocery options, etc. Being able to do laundry is also a plus! We would definitely stay again. Just a few little things to enhance the stay would be to provide further check-in guidance/welcome packet with things like wi-fi password, any house rules/guidance. The studio is also sparingly equipped, so we bought things like hand soap, oil for cooking, dish soap.

Cosy place with all the essentials and for a good price

Amazing place to stay inside the walled village! It was quiet and peaceful and it gives you a sense of what life is like in the village when most of the day vistors leave. Great restaurants and shops and views. We were a bit confused by the previous reviews that mentioned a second bedroom. It no longer has 2 bedrooms, just a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized sofabed. Our midsized car was pretty tight in some areas of the perimeter road. Thank you Sylvie, we definitely hope to stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at Eszter and Zoltan's place which is well equipped, clean and absolutely beautiful from the inside and outside. It is the perfect spot to deeply relax and enjoy the very diverse area surrounding the place. I can only recommend staying at this magnificent house with two perfect hosts and their dogs, very mindful of our privacy but always at help when we needed anything!

Apart from a few small adjustments (no microwave/non-functional terrace door/limestone showerhead/shutters +/-functional...) the welcome is nice (thank you for the pods;)) and the top bedding! The car location is a real plus and the peaceful place (except garden mornings😅). We'd love to come back!

Very nice cottage on a beautiful property with very welcoming hosts!

We were very well hosted by Pascal and his wife. We were even offered an aperitif when we arrived by the pool. Their house is very beautiful, the studio is very well furnished. The place is quiet and relaxing.

This place is truly magical! The time in the guest house was filled with peace, relaxation, many great little moments and a lot to discover. Evelyne is a great hostess and you can feel her attention to detail in every corner. The guest house is the perfect starting point for a relaxing holiday on the Côte d'Azur. There's nothing missing! We will definitely come back again.

A real little cocoon! Audrey's decoration was a feast for the eyes, we were wonderfully comfortable in this alcove. Really a little gem!

Very welcoming and very kind host, attentive and available. Marie Dorée was very attentive even offering herself to provide the meal when I arrived. Perfect for a few days in peace. I would highly recommend it

The studio is very comfortable and private and perfect for one or two guests. It’s a steep 15 minutes walk up to Mougins village. Not for the faint-hearted! Thomas is very helpful and friendly- he offered to drive me to pick up my car which was in storage and he also allowed me to stay on for a late checkout when I had a swim competition in the morning. He also came and sorted out the WiFi immediately (I had pulled out the plug!). The only negative is that when you sit outside you have continual background traffic noise from the busy road between Grasse and Cannes which is not too far away. That road allows great access however to many areas and the A8.

What a peaceful and pleasant stay at Agnès's! A real cocoon in a green setting. Agnes is a lovely host, her welcome is warm. The small house is functional, nothing is missing, privacy is preserved. The beautiful swimming pool is a major asset in good weather. We recommend a stay at Agnès' 200%!

Our visit at the B&B was magnificent. We found it to be such an unique place and area. Jean-Michel was a friendly and a wonderful host. Will never forget the shooting stars view from the swimming pool at night! The swimming pool was well maintained and cleaned regularly. If you want a truly authentic french place to stay, I’d say this is your spot. The artsy and beautiful village of Biot was nearby which is a great suggestion to visit. There’s a bakery nearby which has the most delicious fresh breads. Had a lovely stay and I’m very grateful!

We felt right at home! Emilie and her husband are very friendly and gave us good tips. We were very warmly received, even with a bottle of wine and nibbles. The bed is sensational, we slept great. The location is perfect for trips to the Cote d'Azur and the hinterland. Dsiw apartment is very lovingly decorated and everything necessary was on site

We stayed at Anne’s for 2 nights and got exactly what we expected and what the photos showed. Beautiful little apartment and was great base for our journeys into Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. Would highly recommend

We had a very nice stay! The house has everything you need, the pool is great and we enjoyed having the dog around. Plenty of fun cities at driving distance so be sure to bring a car!

Very cozy authentic cottage in a very quiet location, a few minutes' drive from the local center and about 20 minutes' drive from Grasse. Cannes, Antibes, Nice… are all easily accessible by car. Everything is provided in the cottage and there is the possibility to use the swimming pool of the owners. The owner is a very friendly lady, she provides clear instructions about everything in and around the cottage and also gives many tips to do nearby. Definitely recommended!
