Comfortable ground floor apartment (33 m2) with private garden/barbecue and pool-spa access. Renovated in 2019, in a residential area. Adjacent to the owners' main residence (discreet couple 58-70 years old) on 2000 m2 of land. Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, near Valbonne, Grasse (perfumeries), Pont du Loup, sea 20 min, mountain 1 hr, 18-hole golf course Valbonne 10 min. We rent from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. "Sociable and well-behaved" pets are welcome.
