Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Our stay was very nice, first of all with a warm welcome from Pascal who is very friendly. The listing was as shown in the photos and description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Too bad the outside temperature was too cool for us to enjoy the pool. Thank you Pascal for hosting us and giving us good tips for our visits. We will definitely come back to see you for another stay.

My parents were delighted with their stay at Dominique and Jacqueline's, the accommodation was very clean with stunning views of the mountains and sea. They were able to do everything on foot thanks to the city center of Menton, which is within walking distance, and public transportation. Dominique is a very friendly, accommodating and caring host. We recommend 100%.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Marco's place. The view from the terrace allows you to see the bay of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and part of the new Monaco. Ideal location for a visit to Monaco and its surroundings on foot. Thank you for your hospitality and instructions that allowed us to arrive at the accommodation with peace of mind. When we arrived, the accommodation was impeccable, whether in terms of cleanliness or tidiness. It should also be noted that the accommodation is very well equipped for a stay of several days. This was the nicest airbnb/Vrbo I've ever stayed at! The place is gorgeous with rich history. Would stay again in a heartbeat if ever in the region again.

Walter's home is a wonderful oasis for all who appreciate peace and nature! The house is furnished with a lot of love and taste, it has everything you need to feel immediately comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace, the winter garden with the beautiful view of the countryside! Since the described access goes down the slope over hill and dale, travel bags are definitely the right choice and not for guests with limited mobility. Dear Walter, also in this way a big thank you for the hospitality, also the fast and nice communication. Glad to come back!

Was a lovely home. Pictures were an accurate representation however not highly recommended for taller guests. Katie was fast, helpful, and responsive. We utilized the laundry services and our clothes were cleaned fast and well.

We had an unforgettable stay in this penthouse unit in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. I am a frequent traveller, using airbnb a lot, I can say this place - with great view/location/friendly host - was the best vacation destination so far. Not only we explored the lovely town, but we visited Eze, Monaco, Menton, nearby place. I would definitely consider going back to this place!

Timofei is very friendly and responsive host. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly and he was very flexible with the times. The place is located close to the sea, restaurants, bus and train stations. Definitely recommend staying at his place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julie and her family's place! The apartment was beautiful and the spacious balcony overlooking the beach was well used. There were many good restaurants within walking distance and Menton and Monaco are a short drive/bus trip away.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Very good stay. Very friendly welcome from the owners. The apartment is large, clean and tastefully decorated. Ideal location near the beaches, Roquebrune Cap Martin and Menton. And free parking in the courtyard of the building which is a considerable plus. We'll be happy to come back.

Very pleasant apartment. Menton is a superb city, the historic center is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. The residence is very secure. We had a wonderful time, and Italy is just a few kilometers away.

Very good location, between Monaco and Nice, with all the essentials for a good weekend with friends (swimming pool, kitchen, parking etc.). Very friendly and responsive host.
