There is a sofa bed (1.40 m with a good top mattress) that can easily be changed to a sofa during the day. It is about 150 meters to the beach with a jetty and beautiful sunsets. Approximately 80 meters to the pedestrian street with, among other things, shopping, cafes and restaurants. There are kitchen utensils for breakfast, etc. There is also a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea & coffee. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included.

The home has a private south-facing garden with morning and afternoon sun and a common courtyard where the morning sun can also be enjoyed. From inside the dining room you can see the beautiful sunset and the view of the fields.
