Our holiday home is located on the outskirts of Allinge town right next to Næs Strand. The house has a beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood, and near the beautiful rocky coast with Sandkås lagoon beach. With garden, courtyard and outdoor room on rocky ground. Grill, fire pit and firewood. The house is furnished with a tilt from the living room up to the attic with sleeping places. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the house there is a living room with sofa and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and entrance. Heating is by heat pump and wood-burning stove.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation overlooking the sea, walking distance to Rønne city center, the ferry and the beach. The house is on the ground floor with an entrance hall, dining room, TV room and kitchen with direct access to a closed patio with garden furniture. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and a large resting area with a workplace. In the basement there is a large room with two beds and a laundry room with toilet, shower and washing machine. From the basement there is also access to the courtyard.
