The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Take an evening stroll in the Old Town, see the old fine houses and their decor. You live in a newer "bomb house" built in Rønne when the Russians bombed the city in May 1945. The shelves are filled with books about Bornholm, which can be read-and put back. The sounds of church bells and the harbor can often be heard.

Huset ligger i gåafstand til en af Bornholms bedste badestrande og i hyggelige Snogebæk findes et udvalg spisesteder og små butikker. Huset er et charmerede gammelt bindingsværkshus på 140 kvm. Det indeholder stue, fire soveværelser, ekstra stue med sovesofa samt køkken og et badeværelse. Udenfor findes overdækket terrasse og stor græsplæne.

Bright, quiet surroundings, enclosed, cozy courtyard, four-winged farm from 1825. Independent holiday apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, extra room and bathroom. Maximum 5 min. from wonderful beach, scenic coasts, local harbor and a restaurant/smokehouse. Nice peaceful and pure idyll. We have had a bed & breakfast since 2003. The home is not recommended for those with walking difficulties.
