Modern apartment from 2018, west-facing with afternoon and evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Small balcony. You can swim in the canal and the harbor. Perfect apartment for a couple. Located outside the city center - it is 3 km to the city center/Rådhuspladsen/Tivoli. Easy to rent bicycles - e.g. Donkey Republic. 400 meters to the "Enghave Brygge" Metro station. There are construction activities in the area.

The home is located in Irmabyen in Rødovre. 8 minutes by bus to one of Denmark's largest shopping centers, with many restaurants and cafes. The area offers green areas with a playground. There is free parking. Remember to park in the middle of the parking space. Charging stations for electric cars. 150 meters to 2 grocery stores and 2 restaurants. Bus connection 200 meters from the apartment to Copenhagen city center, it takes about 40 minutes by bus and Metro. It is 8 km to the center of Copenhagen.

Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 4 units, but in my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.
