I just need to book a guest parking space. It's FREE. If you come with 3 people, the 3rd person will sleep on the couch in the living room.

The double pane windows help a lot but it can still get noisy at times.

It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
