Almost 300 m2 from 2021. It's just lovely and a beautiful house with a multi-purpose room in the basement where there's table tennis and an exercise area. It's our private house, which we only rent out occasionally. No guests without prior arrangement. There are three rooms, as well as a bed in the multipurpose room in the basement.
