Just a few hundred meters from the idyllic Eixendorf reservoir, a lovingly furnished apartment with modern extras awaits you: Tassimo for coffee, water bubbler, hygiene products and more. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein neues Boxspringbett und eine Schlafcouch. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig mit großer Couch und Wohnwand mit TV. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Der Kühlschrank ist mit einer kleinen Auswahl von Getränken gefüllt die Sie laut Preisliste erwerben können.

It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

Our vacation home welcomes you in the Upper Bavarian Forest - also ideal for hikers and cyclists. The nearby forest offers you the opportunity for leisurely walks. Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.
