One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. They occupy the entire first floor, their landlord lives in the second. The house is located in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to the public transport connections, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Brunico. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The Gitsch apartment at Plattnerhof Viums, 54 m² for 4-6 people, offers 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a panoramic balcony. Equipped with a private stone pine sauna, located in the quiet village of Fiumes, 10 km from Bressanone and the highway, in the heart of South Tyrol. The farm has dogs, cats, and goats. Access to seasonal pool (June to August), garden, and farmhouse tavern.

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The Oberplunerhof is located in Kiens (Chienes) - central and in the middle of South Tyrol and part of the ski and hiking area South Tyrol Dolomites - valley station of the famous ski area Kronplatz reachable in only 10 minutes. The holiday farm is situated a little bit away from the village in a quiet location with impressive valley and river view. The holiday flat "Bruneck" offers space for 2 persons.

Rindlereck

Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
