Vous pourrez profiter de sa terrasse plein sud mais aussi de l'ombre des arbres et de la fraîcheur du jardin du rez de chaussée. Vous serez à 5 mn à pieds de la gare et du centre ville, des Allées Provençales avec ses cafés et ses restaurants, ses magasins de nougats (nos friandises locales).

Our chalet, a haven of peace with breathtaking views in a green setting for a 100% natural stay with every comfort. Close to all amenities and in the immediate vicinity of the Dolce via conducive to hiking or cycling. For your winter stay or for autumn evenings, a traditional wood-burning stove will ensure a "mountain" atmosphere. At your disposal is a raclette machine for your romantic evenings, as well as an electric barbecue for beautiful summer days!!!

The Norwegian Cabin

Come and take a little trip to the Norwegian atmosphere, and enjoy a Nordic bath in the heart of nature The cabin is located in Piégros la Clastre, at the foot of the foothills of the Saou Forest. Take in the views of the forest, the Château de Piégros, the mountains, and the starry sky at night. Immerse yourself in a steaming hot bath, lulled by the sounds of the forest: owls, deer... The Nordic bath is not available in summer due to the risk of fire.

Detached house on a 1,183 m² lot with parking. 3 bedrooms with a 160/200 bed and two 140/190 beds. 2 living rooms, one of which is equipped with a sofa bed that converts to a 160/200 bed. Terrace, 10 m² pool, barbecue, wood-burning oven (optional). The house is located close to Rochemaure, Montélimar, close to the gorges of the Ardèche, Vallon Pont d'Arc. We live there all year round, so it's our "home" that we rent out when we go on vacation.

Our small house will welcome you in all simplicity in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at an altitude of 350 m (15 minutes from Montelimar). You will find everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, connected TV, WiFi etc... (+Detail in the listing) you can enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter and bask in the sun in summer. Over the years we have been striving to improve its comfort, this year the bathroom has been renovated.

Some nice hiking trails to get lost for a moment, and breathtaking landscapes to fully enjoy this Ardèche break. In the summer season, kayaking, tree climbing and lakes await you! The village has two excellent restaurants, as well as a food shop.

"BEAUTIFUL!", built in the 16th century, enlarged by the Cluzel family in the 17th century, was redesigned in the 18th century for Canon Jean Cluzel. The Hôtel Cluzel (notice AI00059436 Mérimée database), the third Private Hotel on the Grande Rue, is listed in the General Inventory of Cultural Heritage of the Rhône-Alpes Region as an Architectural Heritage. It's old, and I love it.

New bedding January 2023. 160 X 200 cm bed. Between Drôme and Ardèche, very quiet place. 20 km from the Montelimar highway. House on several levels. So not suitable for a toddler because of the risk of falls on the various stone stairs... Private garden. Bakery 400 m away. Ethnic decor. 1 bedroom bathroom toilet, 1 large living room with sofa bed. 1 large kitchen. Wifi.

Historic charm & comfort in the heart of Donzère

In the heart of the village of Donzère, this historic townhouse (most certainly the oldest building in the village) and completely renovated will delight you with its warm and friendly side. It has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine), a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and reversible air conditioning.

Ideally located in southern Ardèche between the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Eyrieux Valley and the hills of Drôme Provençale.
