Attached to the owner’s house but independent, you will have access to the swimming pool in season. Ideally located close to the cities of Privas and Montélimar, you are less than an hour from the gorges of the Ardèche, and the Vercors. At 1h30 from the sea, or the mountain, all activities are near by car. Access by train via the TGV station of Valence or Montélimar.

Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 peaks to Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a beautiful bathroom and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.
