Podere Piazza is an estate, has its origin in the 15th century. The vacation home was built at the beginning of the 17th century. Podere Piazza was the residence of Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, who was appointed Archbishop of Siena on May 29, 1747. He was a Nobile di Montepulciano and Patrizier of Siena. The buildings of Podere Piazza still bear his coat of arms today. This also explains our little church, at the road junction, in front of it to the right to the pine avenue and to the left into the driveway.

Large and well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, wood-burning and electric oven, espresso machine. Large garden with barbecue, swimming pool and a hot tub. Expenses to be paid on-site based on consumption: wood €8 per box, LPG €6 per cubic meter, electricity €0.36 per kW. Wood will be provided for a barbecue and a hot bath in the hot tub for free.

Villa Carla (sleeps 7+3) consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with a bunk bed, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen and living room with single sofa bed and a sofa with peninsula (150 x 180 bed), a very large and exclusive garden, shaded by a centuries-old pine forest, equipped with a table, umbrella and chairs for eating outside. Kitchen equipped with 4 electric burners, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. The sea is 300 meters away with a private beach.

La Stallina - Perfect retreat from the city rush

Recently restored, La Stallina, was my grandfather's horse stable at the beginning of last century. Now it is a charming apartment perfect for a couple and suitable for 2+2 guests. One living room with kitchen in a conservatory, double bed and mezzanine with bed. Bathroom with large shower box, kitchen equipped with dish-washing and oven.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
