La Casa di Alvino

Casa Alvino (sleeps 5+2) is surrounded by a large and shaded garden within a very exclusive centuries-old pine forest. The beach is private and is about 300m from the house. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of which is smaller without a bidet, a living room, and a kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. On the beach there is a wooden sun canopy with two sun loungers and two deckchairs and a small shed to change and leave something.

Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

The apartment consists of a living room - dining room, two bedrooms with double bed, kitchen complete with everything you need and bathroom. Mosquito nets are installed on every window. Towels and sheets are included in the price, as well as soap for the bathroom and detergents. Outside there is a porch, where you can dine and a gazebo complete with garden armchairs, where you can have fun.
