Great flat to explore Cortona! Excellent location and had everything you need

Martina’s entire estate is very peaceful and extremely beautiful. Just remember that it is really off the beaten path. She was so passionate about the property and making people feel right at home. It was one of the more beautiful places we stayed in all of Italy. Make sure to bring food up there with you before going. It is at least 35 min to town, but this is one of those places it is almost not worth leaving. Wish we had more time to stay there.

Can’t say enough about how great this house was! The views! The house is absolutely adorable! From a story book! Outdoor space was incredible! Loved making dinner in the kitchen (kinda made from local market which Sophia recommended which was amazing! I wish I could stay there for a week!!!

This house is so beautiful. It is at the bottom of town.. if you drive it’s perfect because you can park near the house, cute coffee shop and free parking if you get lucky! View is so beautiful both from the house and walking into town. I’m really happy with location and house. He was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

Fantastic time out with panoramic views! This Airbnb accommodation was an absolute stroke of luck! The view was simply breathtaking and inspired us every morning. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be – the location is wonderfully quiet and idyllic. The apartment itself is fantastically equipped and really offers all the amenities you could want. It was super convenient that basic things like oil, vinegar, etc. were available. This not only saves money, but also the first purchase. The only thing that took some getting used to was the bed. But of course, that's a matter of taste and has not tarnished our positive experience in any way. We can fully recommend this place and would come back any time!

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

We loved our stay. The host was amazing, and the house had everything we needed. The internet was very fast and supported my work requirements back in the USA. The views are spectacular, and the property is very private. Thank you, Irene, and family. I especially appreciated your help in getting me my new computer charger after mine broke. Great location for exploring Tuscany! Definitely recommended! Beautiful landscape and complete house (imagine cooking your pasta in this scenery). Make sure to have a car and enjoy!

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Chestnut Dryer of the Podere di Maggio. What can I say? A real paradise: nestled in a wonderful valley with Mount Amiata in front of it and the beautiful medieval village of Santa Fiora. We could not ask for more: wonderful structure, well cared for, in detail, priceless peace. The hosts were great, hospitable, and really made us feel at home. In short, everything is perfect, nothing is missing, of course you have to love bucolic life like us ! The only downside? Two nights were too short and we'll definitely be back . We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

Staying at Paola and Nino’s place was one of the highlights of our trip. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, with every detail thoughtfully considered and a setting that truly captures the essence of Tuscan magic. It’s incredibly peaceful, with sweeping views and a real sense of privacy, yet close enough to explore charming villages and beaches. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms, a real plus during the summer heat. Paola and Nino were the most gracious hosts, warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, yet also giving us plenty of space. Their three sweet labradors were a lovely bonus! We truly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat.

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Beautiful terrace, very, very nice pool, good facilities, everything you need. We plan to come back.

We felt very comfortable. After minor problems on arrival, Paolo's tip to drive up the side street to the public garbage containers was very helpful. Google Maps first led us out into the open field. Overall, the accommodation is a great starting point for various excursions.

We had an amazing week long stay!! Sabrina is a fantastic host! The apartment was SO clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was very yummy and fresh! We did the dinner one night and it was so amazing! Location is great too. Easy drive to many close by towns, grocery stores, and restaurants. The property is beautiful with lots of flowers. A little too cold for the pool during our stay but our kids loved the swing set and teeter totter. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Great experience. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and equipped with all the essentials. We felt at home, there was really everything you need for a good stay. The apartment is even nicer than the photos. The owner is very kind and always available. We had a great time, highly recommended!

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

The house is located near Saturnia and other places in the Maremma...a strategic place to visit these places in a quiet setting with a walled garden where we could leave our dog and relax to read a book in the fresh air Massimo and his wife are super accurate in welcoming the parking lot is in the garden of the house very comfortable

Location was perfect and close to fun things to do. The host was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend staying here. Everything was very cleaned and beautiful.

We spent New Year's Eve at this wonderful house, in the middle of a garden, with all the necessary comforts. Fabrizio and Saverio are two wonderful and kind hosts as well as very attentive to the needs of the customer. the spa a few kilometers away and the cleanliness of the perfect house are also elements not to be underestimated! We will be back and highly recommend this place!

Upon our arrival, we immediately met Franco, who accompanied us to the apartment. It was a pleasant meeting, the instructions received were still very clear. The apartment is furnished with care and good taste, very clean and functional. The garden where we relaxed on our return from our visits is also enjoyable. It is a A strategic point for exploring this part of Tuscany. In the following days we also met Dalida, they are two very helpful people with whom you can talk with pleasure. They also gave us good advice on the surroundings to visit.
