Isolated place among the various farms in the countryside, but wonderful in the early morning with the fantastic view, with outdoor breakfast and the silence that characterizes it for days of pure relaxation. 😎 Recommended. ✍️

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well-equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

Apartment as described, extremely clean and immersed in a suggestive location with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Excellent communication with the host, before and during the stay. I recommend it!

The house and location are simply a dream! Thank you very much, dear Christine and dear Christian, for making this beautiful place available to us! We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

Giancarlo’s place in Tuscany is a gem with incredible views a comfortable home and great access to the surroundings which are special and unique! Would recommend renting a car to visit the area.

Cristina is a very welcoming and warm host. She is very attentive to the tenants. The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The place is in the countryside near the woods. My partner and I love to sit on the terrace to listen to the sound of animals in the evening. It was a fabulous 10-day stay. ☺️

We came with bicyclesnand it was just easy for us to put then in garage and could use the washing machine. Also we had sooo much space and felt right at home. It‘s an awesome place and highly recommended for tuscany trail participants. It‘s great and the communication was super easy and no waiting time or anything else🤩

We had a very nice stay. Located in a very nice part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact for minor problems.

Perfect spot for our stay in Saturnia. The outdoor courtyard is beautiful and an easily walkable town. Would definitely recommend!

Clean apartment overlooking the lake. The communication went very smoothly and quickly. The apartment has all the basics, the internet also works well. In terms of areas for improvement: the mattress is hard and the living room is quite noisy.

This is a great location in the heart of montepulciano. You walk out of the unit and onto the main street full of restaurants and shops. The house is spacious with three bedrooms all with comfortable beds. There were extra pillows and linens, which are always helpful. We had all the windows open due to warmer weather with a nice breeze at night. Despite being right on the street, we did not hear any evening noise throughout the night sleeping was peaceful. The views from the apartment are exquisite.

We spent magical days at Ulla's. The beautiful house, the loving furnishings, the fantastic pool and the beautiful surroundings... all this has done us so much good. The view from the terrace is sensational. You can take beautiful excursions if you want, hike, experience culture, visit cities or restaurants. Ulla had provided us with documents with lots of tips. Time flew by. If you really want to relax, you are in good hands here. We will be happy to come back.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Elias's place. The apartment is large, comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. The location is great, easy parking, close to the grocery store, local bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into the historic centre of Montepulciano. Elias is very friendly, communicative and had great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants etc. in town. We would be more than happy to visit again!
