Vacation rentals in Roccagorga

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Due notti davvero speciali in una casa unica! Abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo di amici in questa splendida struttura e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La cura nei dettagli è evidente in ogni angolo, dagli arredi accoglienti all’atmosfera calda e rilassante. L’alloggio è perfetto per condividere momenti tra amici o in coppia, con spazi pensati per stare bene insieme. Un punto forte? La piscinetta interna tipo jacuzzi nel bagno: un vero angolo di relax privato, comodo e riservato, perfetto dopo una giornata in compagnia. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Tony, il proprietario. È stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Era anche il mio compleanno, e con grande attenzione mi ha consigliato una pasticceria fantastica. Un gesto che ho apprezzato tantissimo e che ha reso tutto ancora più speciale. Consiglio davvero questa casa a chi cerca un’esperienza autentica, rilassante e piena di piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Grazie di cuore Tony, torneremo presto!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Novella e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente! La mansarda è accogliente, pulita e curata. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La posizione è eccellente: il paesino è incantevole, immerso nella bellezza naturale della Marsica. Novella è un host eccezionale e disponibile, sempre gentilissima. Si percepisce quanto tenga ai suoi ospiti :) Spero davvero di tornare il prima possibile! Siamo stati davvero bene!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Salvatore and Paola's cottage for a week! Salvatore communicated via messages prior to check in to ensure a smooth experience and offered many suggestions for local restaurants, beaches & points of interest. He, Paola & their 2 dogs were so welcoming and friendly! Salvatore joined us on the terrace one day with a bottle of limoncello made by Paola's mother...a refreshing and delicious, unexpected and thoughtful treat! He also left us some delicious loquat medlar fruit (which I never heard of) that he picked on the property. The cottage is very cozy, simply and beautifully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay! All necessities were provided and like new (towels/sheets, kitchenware, soap/shampoo) as well as extras like olive oil, spices, coffee/tea/juice and cookies. The terrace was extra amazing & offered a relaxing start and end to each day, with amazing ocean and sunset views! We Highly Recommend!

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Bellissima casa, molto pulita e ordinata. Ci torneremo molto presto sicuramente.
