An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo, standing at 3,168 meters. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who cannot climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. In the spring, summer & autumn it has great hiking right from the front door. In the winter it is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.
