A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

La casa era molto comoda. Spaziosa e funzionale. Host disponibile. Pease vissuto e molto carino, con ristoranti, pub e percorsi trekking interessanti. Da visitare perché merita.

Davide è stato un host molto simpatico, gentile, disponibile e veramente premuroso. La casa è carina (nomen omen!) e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione strategica tra Rieti e L’Aquila.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Ottima esperienza insieme ad un gruppo di amici per una notte per poi spostarci sulle piste di Roccaraso per una giornata sulla neve. Alloggio ideale anche per chi come noi aveva dei bimbi al seguito. Ottima la comunicazione con Marinella, sempre reattiva per ogni emergenza.

Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Amazing vibe and energy at home (feels as a home)

L’endroit est magnifique. L’appartement était très propres, bien entretenu et confortable. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine et la proximité avec les animaux.

- ottima struttura, dotata di tutti i servizi; il fatto che ogni stanza abbia il bagno en-suite è un plus notevole. - giardino grande disponibile con piscina ( nel mio caso, ad aprile, la piscina non era ancora disponibile) - posizione strategica per visitare parco nella majella e dintorni - staff gentile, disponibile, pro attivo e paziente. Struttura consigliata

Si tratta di un appartamento un po' datato in un complesso per le vacanze molto tranquillo. La posizione è strategica perchè in pochi minuti si può raggiungere il centro (con una sicurissima strada ciclopedonale) ma anche partire per varie escursioni o per sciare. La casa è confortevole e molto pulita con tutto ciò che serve. Sono rimasta colpita dalla cucina molto fornita di tutti gli utensili, cosa non scontata. Pulito e funzionale anche il bagno. Il riscaldamento funziona perfettamente e anche l'acqua calda non ci ha dato problemi nonostante abbiamo fatto 7 docce di fila. Ultima chicca la vista spettacolare dal balcone. Super consigliato!

Jennifer è un host attenta ai particolari, una persona eccezionale con un gusto marcato, la casa era impeccabile, attenta nell’ arredamento che si sposa bene con la storia della casa. Insomma tutto super, dalla pulizia alla posizione, struttura consigliata al 100%, sicuramente torneremo 😍

Ideaal verblijf voor mensen die houden van rust, stilte en natuur. Privacy is helemaal gegarandeerd. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn vriendelijke en correcte mensen. De prijs komt overeen met wat je krijgt. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Mijn vrouw en ik hadden het hier erg naar onze zin. Nogmaals dank aan de familie Blaas.

L’appartamento ha un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Si trova a soli 7 minuti in auto da L’Aquila, perfetto se vuoi trascorrere qualche giorno nella zona. Inoltre, è in una posizione ideale per esplorare il Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso. Alessio è stato super gentile. L’alloggio era in ottime condizioni: comodo, pulito, e la cosa migliore è che accetta animali. Consigliatissimo!

The Crooked Cottage, situated by the peaceful village of Vicoli, is a perfect spot to come and relax, enjoying great scenery and the quiet countryside of Abruzzo. Maurizio and Francesca are excellent hosts, and the house reflects the care they take in making guests feel welcome and comfortable. We would heartily recommend it to anyone!

Appartamento spazioso, delizioso e curato, all'interno di un meraviglioso borgo. La posizione offre un soggiorno tranquillo, inoltre è situata nella riserva naturale regionale Monte Genzana Alto Gizio e sono disponibili vari percorsi per escursioni. La nostra cagnolona ha apprezzato l'ampia sala, un po' meno i gatti del borgo.

This AirBNB was exceptional. It was extremely clean and the host is very responsive and helpful. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The street and building are both quiet. We arrived two hours late because we were so lost and they accommodated that, which we were so thankful for! We would definitely stay here again.
