Amazing place, best possible location in the old town of Genoa. Historical building, cute apartment, excellent for a couple, small family or 2-3 friends. Great host, super responsive and helpful in every regard. He had so many tips and recommendations for our trip. And the highlight for me was the garden outside the apartment with olive trees and birds singing in the morning. Very charming indeed!

Consigliato per chiunque voglia godersi un weekend lontano dal caos della città, in totale relax e in un ambiente raffinato e dal gusto impeccabile.

Fabio's apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's fantastic to be able to park the car on his property. Okay, it's a bit narrow, but definitely manageable. Inside, it's an oasis of peace, beautifully decorated, with a Corian kitchen countertop and equipped with all conveniences. The AC works quietly and excellently. The apartment is spacious and very clean. With the train station just 300 meters away, you can be in Genoa in six minutes. Tania responds incredibly quickly to messages, is always easily reachable, gives great tips, and is a fantastic host. I would absolutely come back here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and lovingly furnished – just like in the pictures. We felt at home right away. Complete kitchen with everything you need. Relaxing living area and a cody room for a restful sleep. Spacious bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring the city (15 Min. by feet), and only 20 Minutes to the central station, to visit Pisa by train. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away. Communication with the host was warm and easy. Hicham was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much – we’d love to come back anytime!

L appartement est conforme à sa description et nous l avons trouvé très propre. Il est très bien équipé et les petites attention, café, tisane... Sont appréciables. Pour se rendre au cinque terre, on prend un train à 2mn de l appartement qui nous amène à la spezia pour prendre le train des cinque terre. Une place de parking à disposition. Je recommande ce logement.

We absolutely loved this apartment. We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and this is one of the most comfortable, calm and well equipped places we’ve experienced. A major attraction is that is a home, with lovely, thoughtful contents and we felt privileged to share it for a while. There are too many now which are bland Corporate places. Sabrina was a great host, so all in all, a perfect place to stay. Ann

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely Vernazza Airbnb. The studio space was perfect for our needs — clean, comfortable, and very well located for both hiking and accessing the train to explore the other villages. After climbing countless steps throughout Cinque Terre, having just 40 steps from the main street to the front door felt like heaven! It was the ideal base for a relaxing and scenic holiday, and we’d happily stay again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Luca's place in Lido di Camaiore. The apartment is spacious and comfortable - 4 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, large well-appointed kitchen and living/dining area, plus a second floor with workout area, private laundry room and large sunroom/deck overlooking the ocean. The building is directly across the street from the beach promenade lined with restaurants and beach clubs. Every day we'd walk across the street, rent a cabana/tent at one of the beach clubs and spend the day at the beach, before going back to change to walk to one of the many restaurants for dinner and gelato. Things I found especially great: - the air conditioning in the apartment is excellent! July in Italy is HOT and the apartment A/C worked wonderfully to keep the apartment cool after a long day at the beach. - Luca is incredibly responsive, both before and during our trip. He always responded quickly and with whatever info we needed. We will definitely be back!

come siamo arrivati in zona Sandra era ad aspettarci e ci ha condotto nell'appartamento fornendoci tutte le spiegazioni possibili sul luogo. Tutto perfetto e dalla finestra siamo rimasti colpiti dalla meravigliosa vista sul mare sottostante. Poi se si vuole raggiungere la passeggiata Europa ci sono 2 possibilità : o con scalini (160 circa,l'abbiamo fatto 2 o 3 vote in mezzo a una marea di fiori e cactus)oppure con l'auto 850/900 metri fino ad un parcheggio adiacente la passeggiata che però da giugno è a pagamento.) Comunque tutto ok.

We had an amazing 3 night stay in Lucca! The location of this Airbnb is perfect if you are planning on arriving by train (or car!). The rental is tucked away down a small alleyway and had us feeling like we were locals! The unit was exceptionally clean and the AC was abundant - a nice reprieve from the hot Tuscan sun! We had planned on taking day trips outside of Lucca, but ended up staying put and fell in love with the charm of the city! There are so many beautiful things to see within the walls of Lucca - plan on taking a day to just walk around and get lost! The beauty of Lucca is you are never too far away from home if you are within the walls of the city! Ohh, and make sure you ask Morena for food/drink recommendations! She was spot on with everything she suggested :). Grazie Mille for an amazing stay! We will be back!

Séjour parfait avec la vue des levées de soleil au dessus des collines chaque matin Loft bien climatisé malgré des températures supérieures à 35 degrés Accès en 15 mn de voiture aux plages de Viareggio et 30 mn de celles de forte dei marmi. Pour les amateurs d’opéra , à 15 mn de Torre del Lago Puccini ( programme estival splendide) 30 minutes de Lucques ( magnifique), de Pise, de carrare Idéal pour la région de Versiglia

Uno splendido soggiorno indimenticabile in mezzo alla natura, circondato da animali. Appartamento pulito e recentemente ristrutturato offre tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Ci sono state offerte delle uova e delle zucchine e persino dell’olio. Mio figlio ha potuto interagire con tutti gli animali della fattoria, ma il gatto Cocolina è speciale. E abbiamo cenato con la proprietaria e suo figlio tutto insieme in giardino un ambiente informale ma che allo stesso tempo lasciava spazio al riposo e alla privacy. The apartment is very atmospheric, right in the heart of the old town. Harbour, great restaurants and lots of sights in walking distance. It can be a little loud at night if the windows are open, but that's to be expected in the heart of a lively city. Bed and sitting area were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
