The "small" independent cottage

PatrickRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Relaxed in Debora's cottage. After some search to find the cottage, we were warmly welcomed by her. The tranquility and the view is wonderful! The only thing that started boring us (city guys) after a week is 20 minutes drive to get to the supermarket. But you get a lot of beautiful views and nature in return. Furthermore, Debora is happy to help with problems and has super nice tips about hidden gems nearby. Debora Thank you!

Gulf of Poets: forest retreat

FlorianRating, 5 stars34 months ago
It is truly a fantastic place and perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately, the first two days were very difficult because there were an incredible number of mosquitoes and no precautions in the house, especially no nets in the windows, although the issue was addressed in some reviews. Unfortunately, we were only helped a little at first, so we went to the hardware store ourselves and bought and installed everything, which was not so great. But at least we got the money refunded for it and another basket of excellent vegetables. Communication is very friendly and the house very nice. The equipment is clean, but very basic. It's best to bring everything you potentially need.
A mobile home is surrounded by green shrubbery, with a covered wooden veranda providing outdoor seating. A parking space is visible adjacent to the entrance. Clear blue skies and sunlight create a welcoming ambiance, highlighting the spaciousness of the area.

The apartment has all the qualities for a great stay thanks to exceptional hosts in a beautiful area: - comfortable, charmingly built and furnished, functional, well-equipped and very clean; - terrace area and private garden; - place to park your car; - beautiful and very quiet setting in the heart of nature; - villages and towns nearby quickly accessible for all amenities and outings, delicious restaurants; - serious, professional, available, hospitable, caring and generous hosts while being discreet and never intrusive (e.g. advice on the region; good local products in the kitchen when we arrived; invitations to share moments of tastings of local specialties produced by them, e.g. balsamic vinegar, pizzas, dinner party...). Perfect accommodation in every way, thanks to Massimo, Angela and Marina!

IlkaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We felt very comfortable. Daniela was very friendly and helpful. She was very committed and patient. The place is so lovingly and nicely decorated! The garden is wonderful, also for playing for my son. The train station is very nearby, but trains only run in the morning. There is the possibility to take the bus from the neighboring village, where many trains stop. Daniela is an incredibly hospitable and committed host. She supports and offers lots of amenities! Much more than what was stated in their description. I would love to come back.

A very atmospheric place. A bit spartan, but that's part of its charm. There's a usable fireplace with a supply of wood. The surroundings of the cottage are comfortable and set up for relaxation. The host, Andrea, is very kind and helpful. The area is beautiful, with mountain views and opportunities for hiking. On the other hand, the beach is just a 20-minute drive away.

La Casetta in Capezzà

We had the best 4 nights and best experience at on our trip in Italy! The place is new and clean and almost clear entirely of any kind of insects which was very good considering it’s in the middle of some amazing farms and amazing area, also it’s so quiet all day which was fantastic to enjoy the experience. We had a private gate and parking which was spacious and a beautiful garden also, our visit here is really unforgettable, the communication is so smooth and fast and the attention to detail amazed me, it’s obvious the hosts really care about the visitors and about the place 👍 thanks Adriana & Dario 🙏🏻

The place was great with wonderful views of Pedona from the patio and the bedroom. Eleonora was very helpful and friendly, feeding us strawberries and yogurt when we arrived hungry and tired. You will not be disappointed. Note: We did find the road up to Pedona challenging, but driving in Italy is not the same as in Canada.

Tuscany Chalets - chalet Tuscany by the sea viareggio

AnjaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had a wonderful time in Viareggio. The tiny house has everything you need including a kitchen and cooking accessories. There is a beautiful beach nearby, you can walk through a pine forest around 30 minutes to get there. The tiny house is located on a camping site. The house itself has no hot water, unfortunately, but there are showers with hot water in the sanitary facilities. The additional cleaning fees of €50 are quite high, but the overall price is still very affordable!

“PICCOLA ZOAGLI” a tiny house facing Portofino bay.

NayanaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Zoagoli is about a 10 minute drive in the hills above Rapallo. We rented a scooter with the help of our host, which was delivered to the church right above the home. I would highly recommend getting a scooter to get around the area and drive the coastal roads. The home was nice as it was close, but still away from the bustle that is Portofino area. It’s a good place to relax and hang out after a day out. We enjoyed cooking dinners at home and drinking wine at sunset over the bay. The charming town of Zoagli is along the coast but definitely has a different vibe than the other touristy towns. People were just enjoying time with their families, kids running around in the local fountains, a nice spot to eat gelato and unwind.

Dream weekend in Celle Ligure 🌟 I spent an unforgettable weekend at the StarsBOX in Celle Ligure. The accommodation is simply magical: romantic, intimate, and perfect for those who want to get away from the routine and experience a special moment. The possibility of looking at the stars directly from the bed is a unique and evocative experience, which leaves you breathless. The hot tub was the extra touch: relaxing, surrounded by greenery and perfect for completely regenerating. The staff was always kind, helpful and polite, ready to meet every need with a smile. The surrounding area is also worth mentioning: the Celle promenade is lively and full of really delicious bars and restaurants, ideal for ending the day with a romantic dinner overlooking the sea. Highly recommended for those looking for a mix of nature, relaxation, and a touch of magic under the stars! ✨

We had a fantastic stay with Gianni and Mina. And of course, not to forget Flick the dog. A lovely place, only birds that you hear. Gianni wants to help us with everything, if we ask for it. We were so warmly welcomed! And at the end of our stay, we are 2 Italian friends richer! Really enjoyed. Also the jam and tasty snacks and drinks with the drink were fantastic! Also received some good tips for dining. Highly recommended!!!

Welcome to our peacefull and relaxing place!

PhilipRating, 5 stars1 month ago
In life there is no gain without pain! The pain is the access along a rough track…….but when you arrive at the oasis that is Casseta Bianca and met by Cristina and Sergio the gain is immeasurable! Although only 2 night there it was soooo relaxing. Sergio’s spoken English was near perfect and we talked about the property and area. This is THE place to stay for peace and quiet in a well appointed accommodation. We will be back.

Maria Teresa, was a great host. We had to contact her to find the road to the house &. She kindly came to find us. Information about the area & quieter beaches was appreciated. The was exceptionally clean. Everything you need in the house & garden. Felt very safe. Important things to mention, spiral stairs are not very wide however, there is access via second door to both floors from the outside. We used the spiral stairs. Very hilly but expected in this region. We are fit & it is definitely around 55 minutes to walk to the beach. Beautiful area & beautiful areas to visit. Thank you Maria Teresa. Tracey & Kevin
