Amazing place, best possible location in the old town of Genoa. Historical building, cute apartment, excellent for a couple, small family or 2-3 friends. Great host, super responsive and helpful in every regard. He had so many tips and recommendations for our trip. And the highlight for me was the garden outside the apartment with olive trees and birds singing in the morning. Very charming indeed!

Marisa was very friendly and accommodating! She left a crib out for us as she knew that we were brining our 6-month old on the trip and prepped the room to keep my bike inside. She was patient with all of the questions I had and recommended the best transfer to the airports. She was awesome!

There were 5 of us in Stefanos' accommodation. The apartment is large enough, super clean, well equipped, flooded with light and very cozy. Stefano always responded super quickly and the check-in was easy even though we arrived late. The pool is even better than it looks in the photos and the garden area is beautiful and inviting. We felt comfortable and would definitely book the place again.

Fabio's apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's fantastic to be able to park the car on his property. Okay, it's a bit narrow, but definitely manageable. Inside, it's an oasis of peace, beautifully decorated, with a Corian kitchen countertop and equipped with all conveniences. The AC works quietly and excellently. The apartment is spacious and very clean. With the train station just 300 meters away, you can be in Genoa in six minutes. Tania responds incredibly quickly to messages, is always easily reachable, gives great tips, and is a fantastic host. I would absolutely come back here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and lovingly furnished – just like in the pictures. We felt at home right away. Complete kitchen with everything you need. Relaxing living area and a cody room for a restful sleep. Spacious bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring the city (15 Min. by feet), and only 20 Minutes to the central station, to visit Pisa by train. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away. Communication with the host was warm and easy. Hicham was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much – we’d love to come back anytime!

In my opinion, the housing is actually better than in the photo. The kitchen has everything you need, even coffee, tea, salt and sugar. A separate huge plus of this house is the availability of a parking space! From the notes - you need to have a shower gel and shampoo with you, but that's a small thing. Overall experience - super!

We absolutely loved this apartment. We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and this is one of the most comfortable, calm and well equipped places we’ve experienced. A major attraction is that is a home, with lovely, thoughtful contents and we felt privileged to share it for a while. There are too many now which are bland Corporate places. Sabrina was a great host, so all in all, a perfect place to stay. Ann

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Luca's place in Lido di Camaiore. The apartment is spacious and comfortable - 4 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, large well-appointed kitchen and living/dining area, plus a second floor with workout area, private laundry room and large sunroom/deck overlooking the ocean. The building is directly across the street from the beach promenade lined with restaurants and beach clubs. Every day we'd walk across the street, rent a cabana/tent at one of the beach clubs and spend the day at the beach, before going back to change to walk to one of the many restaurants for dinner and gelato. Things I found especially great: - the air conditioning in the apartment is excellent! July in Italy is HOT and the apartment A/C worked wonderfully to keep the apartment cool after a long day at the beach. - Luca is incredibly responsive, both before and during our trip. He always responded quickly and with whatever info we needed. We will definitely be back!

how we got to the area Sandra was waiting for us and took us to the apartment, giving us all the possible explanations about the place. Everything was perfect and from the window we were impressed by the wonderful view of the sea below. Then if you want to reach the Europa promenade there are 2 possibilities: either by stairs (about 160, we did it 2 or 3 times in the middle of a sea of flowers and cacti) or by car 850/900 meters to a parking lot adjacent to the promenade which, however, is paid from June. Anyway, everything is fine.

We had an amazing 3 night stay in Lucca! The location of this Airbnb is perfect if you are planning on arriving by train (or car!). The rental is tucked away down a small alleyway and had us feeling like we were locals! The unit was exceptionally clean and the AC was abundant - a nice reprieve from the hot Tuscan sun! We had planned on taking day trips outside of Lucca, but ended up staying put and fell in love with the charm of the city! There are so many beautiful things to see within the walls of Lucca - plan on taking a day to just walk around and get lost! The beauty of Lucca is you are never too far away from home if you are within the walls of the city! Ohh, and make sure you ask Morena for food/drink recommendations! She was spot on with everything she suggested :). Grazie Mille for an amazing stay! We will be back!

Perfect stay with sunrise views above the hills every morning Well air-conditioned loft despite temperatures above 35 degrees Access in 15 minutes by car to the beaches of Viareggio and 30 minutes from those of forts dei marmi. For opera lovers, 15 minutes from Torre del Lago Puccini (splendid summer program) 30 minutes from Lucca ( beautiful), Pisa, Carrare Ideal for the Versiglia region

Clean accommodation and complete with everything, like being at home

The apartment is very atmospheric, right in the heart of the old town. Harbour, great restaurants and lots of sights in walking distance. It can be a little loud at night if the windows are open, but that's to be expected in the heart of a lively city. Bed and sitting area were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place, cosy and comfortable! Very central. Communication was great. Loved it would definitely stay again.
