We were so delighted with the overall place! The pool and hottub were a big bonus! The bedrooms were beautiful and the bed linen was so clean and smelt incredible! Katka was a wonderful, friendly host, but didn't interfer with our privacy! The sea views from the balcony made for a stunning spot to relax while the kids played in the pool. Our little one was well catered for with toys and swim floats and a travel cot. Also they loved being able to play in the garden which was amother massive bonus for our kids. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again. It made pur birthday celebration so special. Thank you so so much!

The Bungaloo is ideal for a 2 person stay. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Kath is a great host. Communication with her was great, friendly and helpful, especially when I somehow managed to murder the toaster! Bed was comfortable and the shower was really good. Everything we needed was supplied, with a great welcome pack. Waking up to the sound of the birds in the aviary was great. It’s a minute walk to the Jolly Sailor where you can get a great meal. A few more minutes and I’d recommend the Old Sardine Factory. The seafood chowder is to die for. There’s a great deli and a Spar shop a minute away. It’s a 10 minute walk over the bridge to East Looe. Sarah’s Pasty shop do the best pasties and Martin’s Dairy do delicious bread. Easy for the coastal path to Talland or Polperro. We got the bus to Polperro from next to the fire station and then walked back. We’ll definitely return as we loved our stay so much.

Gorgeous place with everything you'd want to have a cute little weekend away!! hot tub was set up so all we had to do was pull back the cover and hop right in. Kitchen had everything needed to cook whatever meals you fancy. Just a 2 minute walk away from the local and less than a 10 minute drive out to the moors.. perfect!!

The garDEN studio is a little gem, it's easily the best place we have stayed in for a long time. The studio is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. It's a comfortable, well designed with high quality fixtures and fittings. The decking is peaceful and private with a great view and you are welcome to wander in Theresa and Simon's beautiful garden. Theresa and Simon make you feel very welcome and they are very easy to communicate with. There are lots of little touches and extras in the garDEN studio that make your stay very comfortable. Private parking in Dartmouth is rare and the walk into town easy. We were sad to leave this studio but I feel sure we will return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilary and Graham’s annex with our baby, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us so warmly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The annex was spotless, peaceful, and completely private—ideal for us as new parents. Hilary and Graham were incredibly kind and helpful throughout, always checking in to make sure we were okay, without ever being intrusive. Their thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made a big difference. A lovely place hosted by truly lovely people—we’d love to come back!

Loved our stay here, it is in such a nice location! Nice quiet area but close enough to the nearby towns. The host was so responsive and left us milk, scones and a mini Prosecco which was lovely, would book again!

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

The views from the cottage are just stunning. It’s such a peaceful area in the heart of Dartmoor. Miho has clearly put so much love into her garden too, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The organic vegetable garden was fantastic, and the kids enjoyed collecting things for our supper. We saw wild animals walking so close to the cottage and it was magical. The beds were super comfy, great shower, great selection in the kitchen and some lovely throwback films to choose from too. Thank you. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Loved this cleverly designed small apartment with careful attention to being eco friendly Had everything we needed for a short stay and was 5 minutes from Fistral Beach, the Harbour and Sainsbury's plus 2 minutes from the Golf Club and bars and restaurants. Despite this the apartment is tucked away and peaceful Sarahs information gave us the low down on attractions and eateries far and wide and easy to follow instructions on how to use any equipment in the apartment There was a surf store and wash off area and regular visits from a small and friendly ginger cat which we enjoyed NB This apartment is small so might not suit guests who like a lot of space but it is fully equipped apart from an oven - the TV worked, the bed was comfortable and the shower full size and lush we did not meet Sarah but she kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed and was responsive when we had a question

Jane is a lovely, helpful and responsive host. She made sure we have everything we needed and more. The room and bathroom was very clean, fresh, nicely decorated and fully stock with usefully things. The location is within 10min walk from the town centre. It is very quiet and private. Highly recommended!

Amazing little annexe and perfect place to stay in Truro! Everything was spotlessly clean and we had all we needed, including cereal for breakfast! Very comfortable bed, luxurious shower and we felt nice and safe in the annexe. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Cherry Pip is a lovely place, it is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is provided and there was plenty of choice, we felt spoilt! Sonia was responsive and welcomed us messaging or knocking on her door if we needed anything, but there was no need as everything was laid out with clear instructions. The location is lovely, on a quiet road with a long driveway. 10 minute drive to local beaches & they are beautiful. Would happily stay here again, thank you for having us ☺️

A fantastic place to stay, close to the heart of Lympstone. The annexe was perfect for our needs and was well presented. We particularly appreciated the milk and teamaking essentials. I'm sure we will return when we next visit the area... thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Pitstop, Laura was a great host, sent links with info for activities, told us the nearest pubs, beaches ect. The pitstop was beautifully clean and had everything you need for the stay. We highly recommend the Pitstop. For breakfast you can't go wrong with Jacquie's cafe just down the road, super friendly and welcoming. Excellent food at the Waterside Inn pub but make sure you book as it gets very busy, if you do get stuck Jades Chinese Takeaway across the road also comes with our high recommendation. Absolutely perfect break from dad to day life, thank you so much Laura and Joni!

Great location to explore Salcombe and surrounding areas. Perfect for accessing amazing walks including the coast path and beaches. Freya’s instructions were really clear and the recommendations for restaurants and exploring the local area were brilliant. The Secret Garden is beautifully decorated and is furnished to a high standard. Freya provides everything you need. Very dog friendly with a lovely garden. Salcombe is a short drive away or is easily walkable. Thank you Freya, would definitely recommend!

This was my 2nd stay and was just as perfect as my initial visit. Mary and Martin are welcoming and friendly. The cottage is peaceful,comfortable and well appointed with everything one might need. The access to the garden is an additional delight. I had a great stay and will book again . Michele

Had a fabulous stay we stayed an extra night so we could have Sunday Roast at local Pub which was the best we had on our 4mth trip around the whole of UK. Lovely friendly hosts and would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful location and fantastic host. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The hot tub was very much welcomed after a long day of exploring. We will be back to visit Sarah and the Tree-top again!

The Snug is an idyllic place to stay, close to the village centre and is both peaceful and relaxing. Claire is the perfect host and issued clear instructions regarding our check-in prior to arriving. A perfect long weekend break.
