Wunderschöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Stefano war immer zu erreichen, auch schnell da wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und sogar mehr. Sie ist super ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl !! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und waren Dankbar Stefano als Gastgeber gehabt zu haben! Gerne wieder !!

Wir haben uns in Giovannis Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Giovanni ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber – stets freundlich, kommunikativ und gut erreichbar. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich herumgeführt und stand uns mit hilfreichen Informationen zur Seite. Die Villa liegt auf einem großzügigen Grundstück mit mehreren schönen Terrassen. Besonders die private Terrasse besticht durch einen herrlichen Blick über das Tal, die Olivenbäume und die Burg. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen: eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien sowie hausgemachtem Öl, Essig und Kräutern aus dem Garten. Frisches Wasser steht ebenfalls bereit. Schlaf- und Sitzmöbel sind bequem und die Unterkunft war sauber. Giovanni und seine Familie wohnen nebenan – stets präsent, aber diskret. Er hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben. Dank seiner Empfehlungen konnten wir schöne Tagesausflüge nach Rimini, San Marino, Riccione und zu ruhigeren Orten unternehmen. Danke!

We hebben een heel fijne familie vakantie gehad. Het huis is leuk, maar vooral de tuin is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is super. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Het contact met Fabio is erg fijn. Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en werden persoonlijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Gedurende de week meerdere keren contact gehad. Verliep heel fijn. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan en een leuke tijd te hebben met familie of vrienden!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Piacevolissima vacanza a Gabicce Monte in una zona molto tranquilla e riposante. L'alloggio è essenziale, non nuovo, complessivamente ordinato e ben tenuto, per le nostre esigenze é stato confortevole e pratico. La piscina limitrofa una piacevole alternativa al mare. Titti é un host reattiva, capace e in grado pienamente di rispettare la privacy dei propri clienti. Consiglio questo luogo a chi ama spostarsi tra la bellissima Romagna e l'incantevole entroterra delle Marche.

Appartamento carino e confortevole a pochi passi dal mare. Ho apprezzato tantissimo i piccoli dettagli che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole: stendino con mollette, detersivi vari, olio sale e pepe in dispensa, cambio asciugamani a metà del soggiorno (cose assolutamente non scontate nelle altre case in cui ho soggiornato). Questi accorgimenti dimostrano attenzione verso il cliente e fanno la differenza. Speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo!

Wir und meine Eltern hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft "Menta" und "Basalico". Der Kontakt mit Adriana war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Eine perfekte Gastgeberin :) Die Bungalows sind super modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Pool. Die Kinder haben ihn geliebt.Darüber hinaus gibt es noch einen etwas größeren Pool in der Anlage, welcher von allen Gästen genutzt werden darf. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft perfekt für Ausflüge an den Strand, beispielsweise in Fano, welcher trotz der Pfingstferien nicht stark besucht war und die umliegenden Städte geeignet.Auf den Hinweis in einer früheren Bewertung hin, haben wir auch das Ristorante "La Greppia" besucht.Super lecker und wunderschön.Ein Hinweis noch zur Anfahrt: Sie ist prinzipiell sehr gut mit jedem Auto zu erreichen. Vorsicht nur bei den letzten Metern der Anfahrt, da bei tieferen Autos die Möglichkeit besteht etwas aufzusetzen.Wir hatten wirklich eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Die Fotos sprechen für sich. Das Apartment bietet einen sensationellen Ausblick auf Rimini und die Adriaküste. Verucchio ist ein sehr attraktiver Ort für Touristen und Rennradfahrer. Das Apartment ist angenehm geräumig, wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht genossen. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung, lediglich Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc. könnte noch etwas besser sein, aber wir kamen zurecht.

Jacopo was genuinely very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and very nice. I think even better than in the pictures. Altogether I had a very good stay at Jacopos apartment.

Appartamento nuovissimo, di recente costruzione, ottimamente arredato e completo di tutto il necessario. Finiture eleganti, impianti tecnologici di qualità, tutto è molto curato e perfettamente funzionante. La zona è ottima, circondata da locali piacevoli e dove si può trovare qualsiasi cosa facilmente. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal mare e allo stesso tempo in una via laterale sicura e tranquilla, così che può essere adatto a chi cerca pace e silenzio a qualsiasi ora o le feste sulla spiaggia giorno e notte. Fermata del bus che porta a Riccione e attraversa Rimini a pochi passi. Giacomo è un host perfetto, ci ha predisposto un check in automatico per un arrivo di notte e ci è venuto incontro con qualche ora di elasticità sul check out. A qualsiasi domanda e necessità ha sempre risposto tempestivamente e in modo professionale e propositivo. Tutto perfetto e quindi, senza dubbio, una sistemazione di alta qualità!

Abbiamo purtroppo fatto solo tre notti a ridosso del capodanno, saremmo stati molto di più. Giuseppe è un host meraviglioso, quasi il fratello o cugino che è partito con te, sempre disponibile sia nella comunicazione sia nel soddisfare ogni esigenza, come è successo avendo chiesto una stufetta. L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione riparata, ma in centro, ove spiaggia e autobus sono raggiungibili in pochissimi minuti a piedi, la via parallela a dove si trova la location (a Rimini volendo si potrebbe andare anche a piedi, per chi ama passeggiare). Molto grande, confortevole, caldo, pulito con terrazzi e ottimo i bagni nelle due camere mentre la terza ha un bagno esterno molto grande. Temevo la doccia senza piatto e senza box, e invece mi sono trovata benissimo. Stupendo il "welcome fruit", oltre a succo di frutta, bustine di tea, caffè, biscotti, sale olio pepe e altro, che non sono così scontati. Consiglio vivamente e a presto!

Marina e il marito sono persone squisite, in grado di farti sentire a casa dal primo minuto. Molto disponibili, offrono un alloggio molto comodo (pochi minuti a piedi da mare e centro), funzionale e perfetto anche per una famiglia come noi con bimbi piccoli.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Wir haben die letzte Woche in Alessandra Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Airbnb sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und ist in einem optimalen Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, da es in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil liegt, aber man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt ist, in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und Supermarkt, Café und Bäcker sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und besitzt alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Weiterhin liegt es direkt am Strand, in der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants und die Besitzerin hat mit einigen Lokalitäten Rabatte für Besucher ausgehandelt. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung und ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nella quiete delle colline romagnole: Il Rudere di Teodorano è uno di quei posti che ti rimangono nel cuore. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza rara – Antonella e Leano sono persone autentiche, calorose e disponibili, capaci di farti sentire subito a casa. Se venite qua non potete perdervi la schiaccia, una bontá divina! La location è incantevole: silenzio rotto solo dai suoni della natura, e un’atmosfera senza tempo che invita alla lentezza e alla serenità. Perfetto per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca autenticità, buon cibo e un’accoglienza che scalda il cuore.

Mi sono sentita come a casa. Raffaella e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili! Tornerò sicuramente. Mi ha colpito anche quanto fosse ben fornita la cucina. Ho molte allergie e intolleranze e quando viaggio cerco sempre un alloggio con cucina per non dover mangiare fuori. Nonostante gli host indichino la presenza di utensili e sale/olio/ecc, mi è capitato tante volte che non fosse vero. La cucina di Raffaella invece era fornita di tutto il necessario e oltre!

Em um momento que eu precisava muito encontrei o apartamento de Roberto, e foi maravilhoso para os dias em que eu precisava descansar. Roberto tambem é uma pessoa maravilhosa, gentil, me ajudou de muitas formas e sou muito grata. O apartamento é impecavel e ainda mais lindo do que parece nas fotos, extremamente limpo, confortavel, iluminado, com uma energia maravilhosa. Eu estou viajando a dois anos e ja fiquei em inumeros airbnbs pelo mundo e esse definitivamente foi o melhor que eu ja fiquei. Recomendo a todos!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat Meerblick vom Balkon. Mit Gino lief die Kommunikation sehr gut er war immer schnell zu erreichen
