The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and an olive grove. You can relax on the veranda, grill with the barbecue, and cool off in the pool with outdoor shower. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a mezzanine with a double bed, and a bedroom with a sofa bed.

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.
