In summer it always stays cool even when it is very hot. Behind it lies the Völser Bach stream in front of a spruce forest, which is part of the Schlern Rosengarten Nature Park. The apartment is starting point for fantastic hikes in the Dolomites. The proximity to the Alpe di Siusi makes it ideal for skiing and snowboarding.
