We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back in a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. There were basic groceries in the kitchen to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this place

We stayed here for a long weekend in May The environment and location are beautiful, in the green Umbrian hills and away from traffic and noise. We had some difficulty finding the entrance but Bianca gave us phone support. The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay. I suggest bringing some food as a backup because the house is a bit far from the town, about 2 km, but there is a bakery nearby that can also be reached on foot, even if not very close

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

We rented Roberto's place to spend the last days of the year. The apartment is perfect for spending time in a quiet environment, in the company of friends. The environment is comfortable and equipped for every need with very well-kept outdoor spaces. Roberto was helpful and extremely kind. Really a nice place to spend some pleasant time.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

We stayed in casa Vicolo with our two children (4 and 6 yrs old). The house is beautifully rustic with lovely artwork, wooden beams, a huge fireplace, and Italian tiling, also spacious with a little veranda perfect for relaxing and drying off washing/ swim wear daily after using the pool (with a cupboard containing a float and a couple of foam noodles) and games area (basketball, table tennis and table fuseball). Kids were comfortable in their two single beds room and our double bedroom was spacious, both with attached bathrooms and AC units (temperatures hit 40 degrees in Aug). The kitchen had everything we needed after we did our own shop of essential foods for meals. The hosts were all very helpful and recommendations of local towns, restaurants and olive oil tastings were great. We will definitely be returning to Borgo Acquariua. Very well equipped typical historic country house right in the center of Sirolo which is perfect for enjoying the full range of things to do there. However, it‘s right in the center where there is full Italian night life until 1am at least when the weather is warm. So a lot of noise outside. We knew this beforehand, so no problem for us at all. If you need silence to sleep, maybe think about it twice.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Caterina's place is always recommended. We had a lovely, relaxing stay. The area around Sirolo invites you to good food and excursions, we have been to the area several times. We liked Caterina best, the apartment corresponds to the description, the living area is beautifully spacious, the communication was very pleasant.

Everything was great and as described. Aldo was very easy to reach and provided us with all the information. Very nice contact and very nice modern accommodation in a good location. Recommended at any time.

My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

What a magical place! Beautiful and comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath on the top floor. All with wonderful mid century furniture, crockery and cutlery. Everything you need in the kitchen, great gas hob and large fridge freezer. Downstairs is the magic - open sided lounge area looking out over the wonderful vista of the mountains in the distance and the towns below. Large new BBQ which we used, and then sat out with a glass of wine watching the rainbows, sunset and twinkling night lights below. Francesco was wonderful - meeting us and then directing us in his car to the property which is out of the town. Perfect stay - wish it was not for just a stop over but for a few days. Highly recommend.

Lucia is a caring host and attentive to the needs of guests! We felt right at home. The accommodation is characteristic, well-kept, super clean and offers the right level of privacy. The outdoor space makes you feel lucky to have discovered a place surrounded by nature just a few minutes from the center of Ascoli. Ours was unfortunately a quick stay, but it left us with the desire to return to the house on the river as soon as possible. Thanks again to Lucia and her family for the wonderful experience.

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

We had a wonderful time in Illys house. The place is just perfect. Beautiful house and surroundings, lovely pool, very well equipped kitchen, very tasteful furniture. The little village nearby is peaceful and really lovely. Good restaurants and nice little local bars. We were two families with 5 children and all enjoyed the stay very much. Communication with illy was very quick and nice. I really recommend this place.

A fantastic place with plenty of privacy. The outdoor kitchen was one of our highlights. Ramiro took care of all our concerns, which he did excellently. He was always available and also came by every two days to clean the pool. He always asked for permission beforehand and was always super friendly. The place is dog and child friendly. Absolutely recommended
