Enjoyed our stay in a lovely traditional farmhouse in a beautiful location. A warm greeting and fantastic time had by all!

We were in the house with 2 families. It is noticeable that the house is also used by the owner. But that's not supposed to be a negative feature, on the contrary. The house was very comfortably furnished, especially the great kitchen with more than good amenities. The rooms were good. Insect screens available everywhere. Sufficient seating available outside everywhere. The pool was great. Absolute privacy. The only drawback: nothing was within walking distance. A car is mandatory. But it didn't bother us any further. Clear recommendation.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

We had a wonderful time in Illys house. The place is just perfect. Beautiful house and surroundings, lovely pool, very well equipped kitchen, very tasteful furniture. The little village nearby is peaceful and really lovely. Good restaurants and nice little local bars. We were two families with 5 children and all enjoyed the stay very much. Communication with illy was very quick and nice. I really recommend this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

What a magical place! Beautiful and comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath on the top floor. All with wonderful mid century furniture, crockery and cutlery. Everything you need in the kitchen, great gas hob and large fridge freezer. Downstairs is the magic - open sided lounge area looking out over the wonderful vista of the mountains in the distance and the towns below. Large new BBQ which we used, and then sat out with a glass of wine watching the rainbows, sunset and twinkling night lights below. Francesco was wonderful - meeting us and then directing us in his car to the property which is out of the town. Perfect stay - wish it was not for just a stop over but for a few days. Highly recommend.

Lucia is a caring host and attentive to the needs of guests! We felt right at home. The accommodation is characteristic, well-kept, super clean and offers the right level of privacy. The outdoor space makes you feel lucky to have discovered a place surrounded by nature just a few minutes from the center of Ascoli. Ours was unfortunately a quick stay, but it left us with the desire to return to the house on the river as soon as possible. Thanks again to Lucia and her family for the wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in Elcito. In the middle of the nature, but also nice villages in the area. Stunning apartment with stunning views.

We had a lot of traffic jams and only arrived at the accommodation around midnight. Finding the right way to the house was not easier with our navigation system. Thanks to the electronic check-in, everything else went smoothly. It is a unique, beautifully designed house where we immediately felt comfortable. Civitanova is only about 15 minutes' drive away. Also in Civitanova Alta, you can walk into the old town in the evening to enjoy a freshly tapped beer, a mixed cocktail or an ice cream. People are very friendly, open and helpful. On hot days, we also liked to go to the small pool in the evening to cool off a bit. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as the house as a whole. The air conditioning was very helpful as well. It was just great to eat on the terrace in the morning and evening or just to relax on the loungers/lounge chairs. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Beautiful apartment located in a wonderful environment! The guests are kind and helpful, they have thought of everything, nothing is missing. You can take beautiful walks starting from the house, then in the evening there is peace and quiet, in short, an ideal place for those looking for tranquility and nature. At the same time, the village is just a short distance away!

Small apartment on two levels in the old part of town. It is cozy, the kitchen is well-suited for cooking, several sharp kitchen knives were exceptional. In the vicinity of the apartment many houses are being renovated, the city is very clean and chic restored. The surroundings are phenomenal for hiking, there are many good tours in the Monti Sibillini less than 30 minutes away.

Incredibly beautiful place nestled into the mountains. The views are breathtaking and the hosts are so welcoming and kind. Dori is incredibly responsive and helpful. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had a great time right from the start, Lorella and Massimo are very kind and helpful hosts who welcomed us into the house which is in a quiet and strategic location to reach the various beaches and resorts of Conero. They gave us various info about the most interesting places to visit and tips on local and typical restaurants. We recommend it for a good experience in the Marche.

excellent hospitality from Michela and co-host Gianni who helped us take conscious possession of the house and useful outdoor spaces. varied and numerous supply of bathroom and kitchen materials for consumption excellent operation of gas, electricity, H2O heating view of the Sibillini chain, Mount Piselli and Gran Sasso very quiet area with excellent air and base for excursions to Mount Sibilla, Lake Pilato, the Infernaccio gorges, the hermitage of San Leonardo, and visit to the Sanctuary of Madonna dell'Ambro, etc. possibility of using the swimming pool for adults and children about 700 ml. from the house (for a fee, currently 8 euros) overall a great life experience in a very well-kept house and enjoyable. We enjoyed the peaceful beauty of hidden Umbria at David’s apartment. Everything in the apartment was clean and comfortable and the patio was particularly lovely. We enjoyed hiking in the surrounding hills and exploring the little villages. David and his wife were very kind and extremely helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and excursions. Highly recommend!

A very nice house in the middle of a grean garden and great view to the quite hills and olive trees. We felt at home very fast. There is a lot of information material and maps. The windows are protected against the many moscitos... A place to come back!!

My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!

A truly unique stay. We found the apartment to be perfectly clean and tidy. Everything was in its place, a truly impeccable set of accessories. Traveling around Italy for my son's championships, we've been to many apartments, this is really the best. Really very welcoming, clean, tidy, maybe they were all like that. Eating on the terrace with the evening breeze and a view of the valley was truly unique. A big thank you to Cristina If there is a need again, we will definitely come back to her. What was truly unique and well accepted was waking up this morning and finding croissants and homemade cakes on the table. Really great service. Thanks again
