Modern, Peaceful Home in Rio Rancho

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)

Great for a family or group traveling! Very clean, new unit. This is an entire home but does have an attached apartment that is rented separately with separate entrances. Washer/dryer. 1 Parking space in driveway, full kitchen with gas stove, spacious fridge, lots of counter space. Beautiful and new. Garage is inaccessible to guests. 7+ days = 7% discount 28+ days = 15% discount!!
