This studio resides in the charming West Old Town Neighborhood. Along with being completely remodeled, with a beautiful bathroom, it is furnished in a minimalistic fashion with hints of Santa Fe Décor. The remodeled kitchenette offers a mini-fridge, microwave, and double burner countertop range. The space is sparkling clean, and boasts a Plush King Bed. One of its greatest attractions, however, is its location; only a 20 minute walk to Historic Old Town Plaza. Sorry no pets!

Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. Step out your door and walk to over 100 shops, restaurants and galleries offering unique Southwest and Native American merchandise. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. Parking is available on site.
