Our 500 sqft casita has all the amenities you need with the coziness of your own modern farmhouse. We live in the home next door and are happy to help with anything you need. Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. Featuring a private entrace and courtyard, charming decor, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom, mini-split heating and a/c, off-street parking, local tourist information and New Mexican literature, and an array of 90’s VHS movies! Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood on Albuquerque’s west side of town, this home is perfect for families. Across the street from the Petroglyph National Park, our house is easily accessible from I-40, a 5-minute drive to Ladera Golf Course and a 15-minute drive from Albuquerque’s historic Old Town.

Kick back and relax in this newly renovated stylish space. The casita is themed with New Mexican charm and modern highlights. The bedroom includes a new queen sized bed and there is a fold out queen sized foam mattress in the living room as well. The dining room table seats four. The back porch is a a little oasis where you can enjoy a quiet moment or meal. Larger groups may book the house next door as well.
